Elegant ground level beachfront condo with pool access, AC and WiFi!

Nikte 1 is a beachfront 2-bedroom ground level unit in Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condominiums. Located in northern Akumal, this suite is decorated in fresh hues, with all the amenities of home including a fully equipped kitchen. The large living room opens to a furnished beachfront patio deck overlooking the ocean and swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a clear view of the ocean and sliding glass doors leading to a furnished poolside deck. Up to 3 guests can sleep in the master bedroom which has a queen bed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom has a smart space saving designer queen size bed with a top twin trunk and a twin trundle to sleep 4. The guest bedroom also has a floor to ceiling glass windows and door that leads to a small garden atrium.

Great For Large Groups Of Friends And Family!

This condo also has an adjoining lock off studio with its own kitchenette and independent entrance allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental.

Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or a walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay.

The customer service at time of booking, leading up to our stay, and once in Akumal was great. We love the ground floor direct access to the pool. The condo is clean, modern, and well-stocked. The cable TV came in handy for a rainy day and has every channel you could ever need. The mini grocery store across the street is super convenient and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing property

We had an amazing time at Nikte. It is the perfect place to relax as you feel somewhat secluded but are still close enough to little town centre. With steps away from the beach we could even hear the waves crashing from our bedroom. The pool was a huge plus as we were travelling with our toddler and a 9 month old. And the property manager was super nice and helpful. My only little critique is that the pots and pans could use some updating , but otherwise everything was perfect. Would highly recommend, and stay here again!

Absolute best place ever!

We loved staying at the condo. It met and exceeded our expectations. Guadalupe was so sweet coming each day to do housework. Maintenance guys were on top of everything and kept the pool immaculate! We had an incredible time. We loved walking to both restaurants along the beach to dinner. Safe and we would definitely return. My only recommendation is to consider adding a king bed in the master bedroom facing the ocean. There definitely is room for it. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime

The location is incredible - right on the beach and beside the pool, with a great porch space to have breakfast or an afternoon drink. It’s not too far to walk to town, and it’s great having the general store and bike rentals right there, as well as some great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. The master bedroom bed was very firm and not the most comfortable, but that was about the only thing in our unit that we found that was not to our complete satisfaction. The double bed in the other bedroom was more comfortable, and it was great having so many options for sleeping arrangements. We also loved the ability to have our parents staying in the adjoining suite. We would highly recommend this unit.

The condo is very new and modern, the furnishings were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer meant we could pack lighter. My son also appreciated the Wi-Fi and cartoon channels. The best part was being able to walk right out the door to the pool, which has both shallow and deeper areas. The location of the condo was great too - close to La Buena Vida and right across from the convenience store. Akumal Bay and the rest of Akumal was a short golf cart ride (or a walk for older kids) away. Booking with Akumal Direct was as smooth as always, they stopped by the check in, and were quick to respond when I reached out. And unlike what the listing showed, maid service did come by every day. There was also a good supply of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent - so a few less things to pack in your suitcase or buy at the store. As another person noted, there are dozens of light switches and it was comical/confusing to remember which did what. Small suggestion - I’ve noticed this with other rentals in the area but the daylight lightbulbs in the place can give off a cold vibe. Soft white bulbs would make everything much more inviting. As expected, the beach did have some seaweed but nothing that spoiled the trip.
