The domicile consists of two separate apartments and fenced garden. At the front of the property is the pool area, while at the back is a covered terrace with barbecue area. The small town of Fa?ana has grown from a fishing village to a popular tourist destination with numerous bars and restaurants as well as events. Boats depart daily from the harbor to the Brijuni National Park opposite.
