Only ONE HOUR from NYC that you don't waste long time in traveling, only 10 MINUTES from MOUNT PETER where you can enjoy skiing in winter, 4 minutes away from the Greenwood lake public beach, also 12 minutes from LAKE WELCH BEACH the most beautiful sand beach. please No pets or SERVICE ANIMALS are allowed at all.
Long term rent is available too.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please store the garbage in the black garbage bin located in the shed in the parking area the combinations of the lock are 000000 make sure that you put a heavy duty garbage bag in the bin first
You can find the heavy duty garbage bags in the stand basket in the kitchen in the lowest shelf and make sure that you secure the shed's door after storing the garbage
If you have any recycling dispose it in the recycling bin next to mailbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Don't flush anything in the toilet . 2- Don't use the WASHER and DRYER at the same time keep locked closets as is IT'S PRIVATE NO SMOKING indoors
to use the airconditions there are only 2 remotes for the frigidaire brand (4 A/Cs) 1remote to operate upstairs (2 A/C) and 1 to operate 2 A/Cs
to use the grill please make sure that you clean it after use you can use OVEN CLEANER located in the grill compartment.
