Only ONE HOUR from NYC that you don't waste long time in traveling, only 10 MINUTES from MOUNT PETER where you can enjoy skiing in winter, 4 minutes away from the Greenwood lake public beach, also 12 minutes from LAKE WELCH BEACH the most beautiful sand beach. A speed boat is docking at the marina close to the house that is available for rent as well.
