We are Kirtis and Kristopher, formerly The Boys of Bodega Bay. We had a luxury Bed and Breakfast on the California coast in the quaint town of Bodega Bay. 2019 brought us a new adventure when we moved to Hilton Head Island. We want to bring the high level of hospitality we had in our inn to our new vacation rentals on the island. Again, we are so lucky to live where others play. Both of us have been hospitality professionals for decades. In Northern California, I (Kirtis) have held the General Manager roles for a 5-star Napa Valley resort, leading Sonoma Coast vitality spa and vacation home rental agency. Kristopher has worked as an Event Coordinator, Executive Chef, and Marketing and Real Estate Administration. We have reflected on our vast experience and extensive world travels and hopefully thought of everything you would need to enjoy our special space.
Why they chose this property
All bathrooms were completely renovated in February 2022.
The home probably has more windows than walls allowing in tons of natural light. The house is designed for the entire group to gather in one area or divide up amongst the 3 living areas, 3 dining areas, and has plenty of open space to spread out. And there are 7 smart TVs throughout with a 75” in the Family Room.
The main level is decorated with soft tones of whites, creams, and grays. The upper level becomes more playful with blues and artwork representing the seas. The home is very well-appointed, and everything is brand new out of the box in 2021. This house has everything anyone could ever desire.
The pool is heated by Mother Nature and is surrounded by oversized sun loungers and 3 umbrellas. The backyard is completely private and backs up to a nature preserve. The home has instant access to the Sea Pines bike and leisure trails. The trail that goes to the beach is one that is private and secluded, unlike others that are very crowded.
The driveway can accommodate 6 or more vehicles and has a 2-car garage. The 3rd garage has a ping-pong table. An EV charging cable can be provided upon request.
