About this property

The apartment is on the upper floor of our detached holiday home. With about 100 square meters, it offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
In addition, the large garden invites you to relax. Garden furniture is also available.

The house is located behind the dunes of the south beach. The main entrance to the south beach is only a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment is ideal for families. Cot and high chair are available. In the house entrance area there is space for bicycles, handcarts, beach toys, etc.

A parking space in front of the house can be used free of charge.

There are two bedrooms. With one double bed and one single bed. In addition, a children's (cot) bed is available.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower and bathtub.

The new kitchen (2019) is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, ceramic hob and seating area for 6 people.

The cozy living room offers a wonderful panoramic view of the dunes. Couch and reading armchairs invite you to relax.

Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available and an internet connection with WLAN is available. Washer and dryer can also be used for a small fee.

We would be happy to welcome you in our apartment. It offers the best conditions for a relaxing and relaxing vacation by the sea!

Alles super

Alles super, sehr nette Vermieterin, alles sauber, große Räume, viele Handtücher, gemütliche Betten. Die Garage ist groß genug für alle Fahrräder+Fahrradanhänger, der Eingangsbereich hat genügend Platz für Strand/Sandsachen. Das einzige was man wissen sollte: es gibt kein Klopapier, keine Spülmaschinentaps, kein Salz, kein Spülmittel und Spülbürste.

Wunderschönes Borkum

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Natürlich hatten wir auch sehr viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Das gehört nun mal dazu. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir sagen danke! Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht! Sehr komfortabel und strandnah.

Wir hatten schöne Tage und Wetter! Kommen gern wieder!! Waren 6 Personen ( 2 Kinder u. 4 Erwachsene).

Ist ok

Ist ganz ok. Nahe zum Südstrand. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen (70er Jahre), Küche recht modern. Es fehlt aber an heilen Pfannenwendern und Brotmesser (gar nicht vorhanden). Die Ecken in der Dusche sind dreckig/ Schimmel auf dem Silikon. Die Klobürste gibt es bestimmt auch schon Jahre (braun und eklig). Die Münz-Waschmaschine läuft nur mit 5x 50 Cent Stücken, ebenso der Trockner. Das ist wirklich nervig. Im Urlaub möchte man doch ungestört waschen können nach dem Strand! Mega umständlich. Zumal mal man schon einiges an Geld für die Wohnung hinblättert. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Wirklich schön

Es war so schön Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Die unterkunft war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die fahrräder konnten wir super unterbringen ohne das sie im regen standen. Alles in allem wirklich auch mit kleinen kindern sehr zu empfehlen.
