The property and surrounding area was very peaceful. We loved spending time in the backyard & hearing the sounds of nature. The house was just as pictured. We would stay again.
Great neighborhood close to stores and restaurants at the end of a road with privacy and very quiet and relaxing. I would happily stay again. The steam shower was awesome.
This was a perfect location for us for a weekend wedding trip. The wedding was at the Woodstone Country Club, which is less than 5 miles away. Lots of space and comfortable sleeping for everyone.
This property worked out great for us. It was quiet and secluded, just what we needed to relax at the end of the day. We are highly familiar with the area, and this property was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go, including 1.5 hours from Philadelphia to the south, Scranton/Pocono Mt to the north, and Jersey/NYC to the east.
Went away for a friend’s wedding. This property was just what my friends and I needed, and it was less than 10 minutes from where the ceremony and reception took place! The property owner was very responsive and pleasant. If we’re ever out that way again, we’ll definitely hit this property up again.
Overall condition is good. It would be even better if it has aluminum foils and more paper towels. The bed sheets are clean, however, kind of worn out.Location is good and convenient.
We were four adults and four kids, ages 2-6 and we all enjoyed this lovely home. There was plenty of room for everyone, with 2 eating areas, a living room and a family room. The beds were comfy, AC worked well, and the kitchen was well appointed. The backyard, with slate terraces, was a great place to relax and the view of the mountains from the berm was an added bonus. The host, Carla, was very responsive both before our arrival and after we checked in. We would stay there again.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
This home is in a lovely location but there are lots of issues which I shared with the host Vertesol. Worst VRBO we have stayed in with smoke alarms torn off ceiling, broken front railing, leak under sink, leaking dishwasher, very stained washcloths and towels, broken towel rack, broken blinds etc. Vertesol is accessible and easy to communicate with. The cleaners are doing a fine job, but too many broken or items needing replacement. Overall, it’s inconsistent as it’s clear some updates have been attempted. This place has potential. We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2025.

Hi Kristy
I'm sorry if you didn't find your stay comfortable. I mentioned I replaced the smoke detectors with co and smoke detectors located each floor vs multiple smoke detectors. The dishwasher was checked, it was not completely locked and not leaking. The railing is not broken. As part of my check in process, I ask renters to verify check in went well and there are no issues. It's unfortunate, the items were brought to my attention after 4 days into your stay. When I responded to have a technician to stop, you insisted not to worry since your stay was still overwhelming positive.
We appreciate feedback good or bad, so we can always improve our home and process.
Typically we've avoided Blue for a between the holidays ski vacation spot. Finding a house to suit our needs has always been an issue with the area, that is until we found his one. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood an easy ten minute drive from the mountain. Spacious and clean, the house was perfect for needs and budget. We'll be back before the season ends.

Thanks Karen for your review. It was very pleasant hosting you and your guest at my home.
Thanks all great except I would have liked the back to be clean and ready to use. And the grill is pretty old and dirty. Other than that excellent.
House smells clean and all comfy.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm happy you were pleased with the inside. I live in the country, surrounded by trees. It will always be clean and ready. It will have occasional nature debris, which can be wiped away. The grill is charcoal grill, which fits my bbq cooking style.
This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed here and it’s a great house close to blue mountain. Beds are comfy and perfect for 2 families of 4 (2 adult rooms and a room for 4 kids). Nice having living room and family room so kids and adults can each have hang out space although both rooms could use more seating. The kitchen is great, plenty of room to cook and big table for the whole group to eat together or play games. Fireplace is awesome although you do need to bring your own wood. The owner is wonderful and has let us stay late on checkout day both years to enable us to come back after skiing to change and pack and head home. She’s also super responsive with questions we’ve had. Highly recommend this house!

Thank you Jessica for your feedback. Please come back again.
The house was nice. Considering the area, it was close (less than 10 mins) from the house to Blue Mtn. In the opposite direction there was a Giant supermarket and some fast food options about 10 mins away. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac so no traffic. Confirm the directions with the owner as VRBO's GPS directions were close but not the right house. The owner was responsive and we had what we needed. Wifi was good for all of us.
We had a great stay at this house - 2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-11). Both queen bedrooms were good for the adults and the 3rd bedroom had enough beds for the kids. The house was very clean and had 2 different living rooms (we didn’t realize that from the listing, which was nice). The kitchen is spacious and has a great table that held all 8 of us nicely.
The owner was great to deal with and let us check out after skiing on Sunday since no one was checking in that day, which was great because it was raining and we wanted to change before driving home. The house is 10 minutes from Blue Mountain, which is rare, there aren’t a lot of rentals near it.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the house to others!

Why they chose this property
The Lehigh Valley is a hidden gem, rich with culture, nature, and history. I chose this neighborhood, because it was close to my work at the time and surrounded by beautiful peaceful nature.
What makes this property unique
My property has stoned masonry two tier patio in the backyard. It sits in a cul-de- sac, which neighbors a tree farm on an acre lot. The house was renovated 10 years ago to include steam shower, which is a relaxing amenity for this home.
