Nothing worked and it was dirty
We were so excited that we had a home to stay in as my husband was having surgery. I wanted a quiet place for him to recover.
We checked in that is when I started noticing the cobwebs, the dirty walls, dirty counters. I went out bought Clorox wipes and paper towels as there were none I started cleaning the kitchen, took an hour and half.
Got my husband back from surgery went to turn on the television it was only streaming services with no directions plus come to find out the batteries were no good.
Not to mention that the stove didn’t work, there was a toaster oven with no directions.
Then the microwave stopped working. I emailed them to let them know about the issues and was emailed back responses of use the button that indicates up and down for the volume on the TV. Then I was told to unplug the microwave and plug it back in.
When I reiterated that the microwave was broken as many other things in the house. I was told that they would bring a new microwave. That was dropped off. The problem was it was a 700 watt microwave.
We had bought food to microwave for dinners. Well that microwave didn’t warm up a muffin in 2 minutes.
The pool was filthy. Was told the vacuum would clean it. It did not.
My advice save your money, it was worthless to rent this home as none of the things that should have worked, worked.
Very disappointed.
