Great stay close to Grand Park Sports Complex

We had a tournament at the Grand Park Sports Complex and this was a great way to stay close to the park without needing a hotel. They are dog-friendly and had a yard for our pup. It was a nice place with comfortable beds. It was clean, and the hosts were very accommodating.

Good location for us as we had events in Noblesville and Lebanon. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dog. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Great home base for a Grand Park tourney

The property was so well stocked with thoughtful items and incredibly clean. We loved the soft cozy blankets and you can’t bear the location! 5 minutes to Grand Park and tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!

We stayed here for a tournament at Grand Park for a change instead of staying in hotel and loved it. Very clean and nice. Although we didn't bring our dogs, we loved that it was dog friendly and had a fenced in back yard. We will definitely be back.

Great Location for Grand Park

This house was perfect for a weekend home base for Grand Park. Literally 5 minutes to the park. The house and beds were very comfortable. The game room has a futon or a roll away bed, neither of which my 11 year old son found very comfortable. Loved having the washer/dryer, and 2 bathrooms for 5 of us to get ready. The owner was very responsive all weekend, except for the last day when I asked for a late checkout due to our tournament schedule, he never responded. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Great location

We stayed a week in this rental while our son bowled in Junior Gold. The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean and check in and check out was the easiest I’ve ever had. Plenty of room for our family of 3 plus an additional adult and our beagle. The neighborhood was close to multiple food options plus a new Meijer. I have no complaints and only 1 suggestion - a small TV in the master bedroom. I am a night owl who doesn’t like waking the entire family up with the TV in the living room.

I'm giving a 4 star because rhis was our 2nd stay in this house. It was slightly less appealing than our first stay, which was fabulous! This time around communication with the property group wasn't as prompt. We were promised a discount since this was our 2nd stay but we have yet to see the discount applied to our account. The house was still clean but not as pristine as it was on our first stay. Overall, still a good little house if just need a comfy place to sleep for a few days!

Quaint and Clean!

This little house was great for our Thanksgiving vacation! We needed a spot in IN to enjoy the holiday with a sick relative who cant make the 9hr trip to us anymore. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking meals. Visitors can rest easy knowing they dont have to pack their entire kitchen for this stay. I am very picky about cleanliness. This house did not disappoint! It was nearly spotless!! The beds in VRBO houses are always an issue for my husband. He slept like a baby in the comfy King of the master suite. The bunk beds were also quite comfortable. I experienced a night on thise with our toddler. 😉 This house also accepts pets! Huge bonus for us. The fenced in yard was wonderful! Our dogs throughly enjoyed the space to run and play. They also had a few balls, poop bags and feeding dishes on hand for the fur babies. There were a number of board games and the xbox to keep the kiddos entertained. This house literally thought of everything!! It was so great we are coming back for Christmas. 😊

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, well updated and appointed home. Everything was very clean and exactly like the photos, except the couch was missing from the game room but they have a folding cot to use instead. We were there during a winter storm and the managers were very responsive to our messages regarding preparations needed, they had a crew out to plow/shovel walkways and salt promptly. The house has everything you need to feel at home. There is a large fenced in backyard, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is in a great location. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great house and host

We needed a local house for the week as our own home in Indianapolis was being painted. Mike was very communicative and helpful as a host. The house itself was clean, modern and very comfortable for our family. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly, a major plus. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again.
