Quaint updated 2/2 beach bungalow. 5 minute walk to beach (East) on deeded resident path. 1 minute walk to intercostal waterway (West). 3 minute walk to local shops and restaurants. Large fenced yard, dog friendly.

Home is clean and well maintained; it has been updated with modern appliances and conveniences. Outside - New tankless water heater, new HVAC system, outdoor shower, roof, screened in Lanai, and open paver patio that is great for grilling and sun bathing. Inside - New wood-look ceramic tile floors , GE washer, GE dryer, Whirlpool kitchen appliances. Wireless AT&T internet included. New Samsung 60” Smart TV (allows for streaming) and Sony DVD player. 2nd TV with cable box in master bedroom. Mid-Level AT&T Cable TV subscription included.

Lawn care & maintenance included. Interior cleaning available upon request for extended stays (one interior clean required after exit).

This property exceeded our expectations! It was super close to the beach and ocean, only a few minutes walking distance. The host was very detailed with everything you could need and everything was ready and super clean upon arrival. They were also very responsive communication wise. We had a dog which they welcomed and an awesome fenced in yard for him and us to both enjoy. The house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood right across the street from the beach and all the attractions, action and fun in the riviera beach singer island area. I highly recommend, we had a blast!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. It doesn’t get much better than a barrier island in south Florida. Also, we love the beach!

What makes this property unique

Our property is a quaint well built bungalow that allows guests to bring their dog. As far as Singer Island properties go we have a large well fenced in back yard, perfect for your dog to run and play.
