Lovely home

The house was so clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room, for us, and the dogs. There was a very convenient tie out for the dogs, so they could roam in the spacious backyard. The rooms are decorated with a seashore theme and we loved it. I would stay here again. Margo

Comfortable, clean, and close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It's just what a beach house should be - bright and uncluttered. The beds and furniture are all super comfy, and the garage is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. Check in and check out were easy. The only thing I would note is that the yard crew comes at 7:00 a.m. on Friday morning and starts using their equipment under the bedroom windows, so don't plan on sleeping in on Friday... but other than that it was really great.

Perfect location

Great location! Beach is only 3 min. drive. Very central to where we wanted to visit - Portland and Kennebunk area. Sleeping arrangements very comfortable for family of six. May want to consider bedroom with trundle beds is only comfortable for three people as no room for both trundles to pull out.

Great location, very close to beach. Beach is beautiful. House had everything we needed. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Great stay.

Very cute and clean home

We loved the home and the backyard. Also the garage had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. The backyard was also very nice and two dog runs were already set up which was very convenient. We did get conflicting information about recycling. In the home manual it said to put them in the recycling bin in the garage and in the check out email it said to put them in a green bag. We put them in the bin and put the bin out Sunday....not sure what was the correct thing to do. The only negative was the road is very busy. We live in a very quiet neighborhood at home so the traffic was a bit unnerving. I think they should also fence in the back yard. It would make a pet owner or a parent feel much more comfortable knowing the back yard was fenced. The neighbors were also very friendly and you are 4 minutes from Pine Point Beach...which is our favorite. Overall I would highly recommend this home. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. Good for about 4-5 people. The home is on the smaller side as it is most likely an older home. Communication was also wonderful. Thank you!
