It was what we were looking for- in Portland, with a parking spot. Some nice restaurants nearby- walking distance! Note the bathroom is on the first floor, bedrooms are on second. Modest but had everything we needed! What we were disappointed in was we had no idea how many museums and local attractions in a city are closed till the end of April or May!
Clean and utilitarian, peaceful house.Kitchen could have been stocked better;Beds are comfortable.First floor windows wouldn't lock, which felt like a security risk, but the host was very responsive and offered to come fix it right away.
Great location in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for a quick girls’ getaway. The space is older but very spacious and comfortably fit our group of five. The bathroom is really small. The host was accommodating and allowed early access, which we appreciated. One issue we ran into was that the electricity wasn’t working in the two upstairs rooms, so we couldn’t charge devices or use fans. It did get quite warm overnight, but opening the windows helped. The host was very responsive and kindly offered to cover breakfast at a local spot, which was a thoughtful gesture.A small suggestion: it would be a nice touch to include some Keurig pods or locally ground coffee for guests, especially since there are plenty of coffee filters available.Overall, a good stay in a great location with a thoughtful host.
Location could not have been better or easier to walk into downtown at night for dinner and drinks. Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
Old but clean and cozy home. The one bathroom situation takes some coordinating 😉 Beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great place for our Portland “home base” for our week-long Maine trip!!
For the money we were happy with the Accommodations. The host was very helpful, a lot of towels were provided which was nice. Easy access and parking, quiet neighborhood.
Great and spacious place with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Location was close to downtown and within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants on Congress St. The off street parking spot was super convenient. Jason was a very responsive host.

We had an awesome time staying at Jason’s home. It was well decorated and charming. It’s really close to downtown Portland and unlike many homes it has its on dedicated driveway to park in. Jason was easy to reach and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great stay. It was exactly what we needed; affordable, simple/basic place, but just enough comfort. And not too much stuff for our toddler to get into :) Jason is an excellent host and was very communicative. We also liked the neighborhood. Quiet but close (walkable) to local restaurants and a short drive to down town. We would stay again.
We had a great stay at the condo, the off street parking was so helpful and the location couldn’t be beat. The street is quiet yet close to everything, the bed linens were soooo comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Check in was super easy and the guides and maps provided were super helpful. All in all it was a very smooth and joyful experience. We will definitely be booking again should we return to Portland!
