Large, 3 bedroom condominium with swimming pool a few feet away with a great view of the marina and wonderful sunsets. This is a Ground Floor condo in one of Mexico's popular resorts with excellent views of Marina Mazatlan and great facilities (swimming pool, paddle court, Commercial lots). All bedrooms are a good size. Master and second bedroom have King and Queen beds respectively, and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area, a huge patio area with table, chairs and sun-loungers, from where the pool is just a few meters away. The condo has it own built in laundry room. This property condo is great for Familys, based in a quiet and relaxing complex with a selection of cafes and restaurant bars at the door step of the complex. There is also a supermarket on site.

Description : Costa Veleros is a brand new 3 towers condominium complex in one of
Mexico's popular resorts. It has excellent views of the Marina
Mazatlan and all the expected facilities. (swimming pool,
Paddle Court, Commercial lots). The condo also has Cable TV and
fast Wireless-Internet Access

The property is a Ground Floor 3 bedroom condo. It is situated on the
middle tower overlooking the swimming pool and the marina behind it.
All bedrooms are a good size. Master has King bed, Second bedroom has
a Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin/single beds.

There are 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area, a
huge patio area with table, chairs and sun-loungers from where the
pool is just a few metres away.

Great pool level unit

This was our second time staying here. We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the Pool and the incredible sunset views. It was nice to see Blanca (owner’s Mom) again she was onsite waiting to welcome us. On-site security very friendly and helpful.

A Fabulous Place

We loved staying here. Had never been to Mazatlan before. Came with friends for the eclipse. This was a perfect and beautiful location. It's very convenient to restaurants, stores, and a spa. The people of Mazatlan were so very kind. The condo had everything we needed including 3 full baths which was so helpful with 6 people stayng here. The deck is phenomenal and much larger than the photos hint at. And a spectacular view of the marina and pool. We got bumped from our lodging twice before finding Estella's place several months before our trip. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful home away from home. Many thanks.

Lovely spot at Marina Mazatlan

Beautiful, nicely furnished condo with a covered patio close to a lovely pool. Good restaurants in walking distance. Our hostess spoke English and was wonderfully accommodating. Kitchen is well equiped.

Peaceful Paradise

Booked this very last minute due to a problem with another property I had booked and boy am I glad I found this beauty. Amazing sunset views of the Marina . We enjoyed the beautiful pool which was hardly ever crowded. This condo is located on the first floor very close to the pool. Very spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath. Very close to Walmart, Sam's club, Galerias Mazatlan (mall), there's an Oxxo and a Spa that gives really good massages just a few steps from the property's main entrance. Public transportation that runs through the whole city also stops very close to the entrance. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the busy golden zone but still close enough. Mazagua water park only 8-10 minute bus ride away Great place for families. Security guards are very friendly. Blanca (owner) is always just a text or phone call away very nice and attentive. She makes you feel welcomed and wants to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Definitely glad we stayed here looking forward to coming back in the future.

Great place. Close to amenities such as SAM's Club or WALMART, less then a mile and well within walking distance. Lot's of restaurant's, GUS & GUS, LaMona etc and bars if your so inclined. Our rental was very quiet as we are not above any businesses and our land Lady is wonderful. Very accommodating and gracious. The new gardener out back was young and not too experianced so he needs lot's of direction. Buses will stop right out front, lots of polminia's, great coffee shop right across the road along with more food outlets plus bar's. I walk a lot so it's only 15 minutes to the beach in either direction. To top it all off the staff are wonderful people and the manager, Alma, speaks perfect english. All in all a wonderful place to spend the winter.

Wonderful Land Lady.

We loved it. Close to 2 major beach's, nice pool, Wal-Mart for groceries etc and all kinds of restaurant. We could walk just about anywhere and did. Bus right outside the door and excellent security. Wonderful, friendly staff . Only downfall was a dog barking right above us as the owners didn't look after the poor thing. Other owners would sometimes take the little critter and then it wouldn't be barking. There are 3 new restaurants opening as well as a OXO right out front and a coffee house with great food right across the road. Also a dentist over there too. We needed a wind break on part of the patio and the land Lady has said she will install one. Going back next year.

GREAT CONDO WOULD RENT IT AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT

GREAT CONDO, WONDERFUL OWNER. OWNER WAS ALWAYS JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY. FOUND FIVE FABULOUS RESTURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND TRIED EACH ONE AT LEAST 3 TIMES . THREE MIN. WALK TO MAIN DRAG AND BUSES WERE ABUNDANT EVERY 5-10 MIN TO GET INTO MAZATLAN ( 8 MIN BUS RIDE).FRIENDLY RENTERS(LOTSA ITALIANS) POOL IS NOT HEATED BUT WE WENT IN ANYWAY. HEATED IN SUMMER MONTHS THE STAFF WAS CONTANTLY PAINTING AND GROOMING THE COMPLEX. THE KICHEN HAD EVERY APPLIANCE AND ALL THE POTS AND PANS AND ALL THE COOKING UTENCILS YOU COULD IMAGINE I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYONE . EVERY BEDROOM (3) HAD ITS OWN BATHROOM AND THE AIR-COND WORKED GREAT. HUGE MAIN FLOOR BALCONY AND LOUNGE CHAIRS AND BRIQUETTE BAR B QUE THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HOSPITALITY AND LETTING US USE YOUR CONDO FOR A MONTH. T & R CANADA

Great stay, good restaurants nearyby

Even though we arrived much later than anticipated, we were received by the oweners mother who was gracious, and informative. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Our pets were gladly welcomed. There are many restaurants close. Because of construction, the condo was a bit difficult to locate but with the assistance of a wonderful young Mexican man, we were situated in no time. Good experience and would definitely stay again.

The Blunt Family

We had a blast!!!! This was our first time in Mexico (my husband and 3 children), and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We shopped, we ate, we jet-skied, and we parasailed. We went to the beach, to the boardwalk, we toured the City on the Tour, we went to Stone Island, but we did not sleep much, too much to do. Thank you for letting us borrow your lovely home, it had all we needed and wanted for our stay so far away. We hope we can get in touch with you in a few years and rent again (if you will have us). We really enjoyed Capitano Restarante, he was a perfect host and the food was fresh, seasoned well, and a generous portion!!!! Again, thank you

Why they chose this property

Marina is a very safe area with an ever growing number of amenities and Mazatlán latest businesses. Quieter than many other areas of Mazatlan turist zone but close enough to restaurants, shops, bars.

What makes this property unique

There are few properties with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and the amount of patio space we have is ideal for dining as a family and guests with access to the pool; only 5 in this complex majority of latest condos are 2 bedrooms with a small balcony.
