Come and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time in this beautiful, spacious Sea Pines villa. Located near Harbourtown!

The updated living room is filled with natural sunlight. Enjoy this wonderful space. You can cuddled up on couch, which doubles as a sleeper sofa or enjoy the wicker furniture to relax and unwind around the large flatscreen TV. Outside the glass sliding doors you can sit on the private back patio and enjoy your morning coffee or your favorite cocktail. There's truly nothing else like it!

The kitchen and dining area are connected to allow an easy flow through the spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need. There is enough seating for 6 at the dining table, where you can enjoy water views outside the windows.

Down the hall you will find the bedroom, featuring 2 full-sized beds as well as a flatscreen TV and plenty of storage. There is a full bathroom right outside this room that is complete with a double vanity and large walk-in shower!

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Harbour Town is only minutes away, and the Sea Pines Beach Club is only a 7 minute bike ride away. This is perfect for your next Hilton Head vacation!

SeaPines gate pass can be purchased for a nominal fee if needed. Please let us know.

We loved our stay at this property! It was at a great location in Sea Pines and the host did a great job decorating it. He was very responsive to any questions and even left a bottle of wine and a card for my husband’s 75th birthday! We especially loved the shower and bathroom. They thought of everything you might need. Highly recommend.

We live part time in Buffalo NY and part time in HH. Our favorite thing about being a host is being able to provide a relaxing comfortable place for people to stay that allows their vacation to be a wonderful get away they can remember fondly.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location is the answer! For starters we are located in the beautiful Sea Pines plantation. The tranquility in Pines is second to none anywhere on the island. Next is our location with in Sea Pines. Where we are is easily accessible to “Harbour Town” itself as well as the beach at “Sea Pines Beach Club”. Lastly “The shops at Sea Pines”, which has restaurants, stores, and markets are directly next-door (less than 100 yards) to where we are located.

What makes this property unique

Everything stated above is what makes our property stand out from the rest, including having the second hole of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links be within a few steps from our location.
