In 2016 this beautiful villa was built in Cape Coral.
As soon as you enter the house, the view through the high sliding glass doors over the pool deck overwhelms the water glistening in the sun.
To the left of the entrance there is a small office where you can read your emails in peace and quiet or make a phone call undisturbed. The large living room, which is very nicely and tastefully furnished, with the adjoining high-quality kitchen and dining room always give you a cozy feeling. These rooms are bright and flooded with light all day. On the left side of the house is the master bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and direct access to the pool terrace. On the right side of the house you will find two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of these bathrooms has access to the pool terrace so that it can also be used as a pool bath. In addition, you will of course also find an outdoor shower on the terrace.
The fantastic pool terrace with the very large pool, the jacuzzi and the sunbed in the pool offer variety at any time of the day. Whether you are looking to cool off in the pool after a long sunbath, enjoy one of Florida's dreamy sunsets with a glass of Champagne or let the weather channel convince you on the outdoor TV that Florida is the right decision for your vacation, always again there will be unforgettable moments in Villa 1st Place, as well as a good BBQ in the evening with beautiful music from the loudspeaker system on the terrace.
You can take beautiful boat trips to the Gulf of Mexico from your own jetty. We will be happy to help you reserve a suitable boat or kayak to explore the neighborhood from the water.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
