Lovely property

So the description is exactly as described. there is not much of an outside area for gatherings. Very very beautiful location. Bed and pillows could be upgraded. Guest home adjacent to pool, therefore you could hear other guests. Did quite down after 10pm. Easy checkout

Excellent location and great host

We - 2 adults and 2 teenage boys (15+16) stayed at Sean's place for 3 nights and had a great time. Sean was lovely and was there to meet us when we arrived. Communication went fluent and he gave us a good tour of the property. The property itself was also very nice and had everything we expected: full equiped kitchen, bathroom, living room, outside space,... you name it. If I have to give a remark it's that the garbage wasn't taken out and there were some ants but we this was easily resolved by putting the bin outside. A tip I would give for the beds: maybe place a wooden bar on the floor so the beds don't move ;-) The beds have wheels and they easily move when you turn around in your sleep. But these were really small details. We had a lovely time and would stay here again if ever we're back in San Diego!

Thanks Inneke for your feedback. Keep in mind, you are responsible for taking out your trash and cleaning the apartment during your stay as this is not a hotel. Glad you guys had a good time and had safe travels.
