Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we truly appreciate it and are sorry that your stay wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. We want to clarify a few points to provide context: the refrigerator issue was communicated as soon as we were aware, and we provided two mini-fridges during your two-night stay to ensure your food and drinks could be properly stored. When the A/C stopped cooling and was unfortunately not repairable, portable units were promptly installed to help keep the home comfortable. Regarding the deck, all decks in the property are designed with a slight sway, which is normal and safe. We’re sorry if the outdoor furniture didn’t meet your expectations; we routinely maintain the space and your feedback will be shared with the owner for improvements. The downstairs unit is separate and not accessible from inside the home, which is noted in the listing. Alternative accommodations were offered to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. Your feedback is valuable and will help us continue improving for future guests.
