****This condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with neighbors only on one side, as it is an end unit, as well as upstairs. With that being said, as with any condo that has neighbors, there is always a chance of sound transfer, including footsteps.

CLEANING FEE: Your cleaning fee includes not only the actual cleaning of the condo, but also:
- Bed linens
- Towels/washcloths
- Starter packs of bathroom soaps, kitchen soaps, and coffee
- Accidental Damage Insurance

You are covered for up to $500 in accidental damage should something break during your stay (linens not covered). Just tell me about it before you leave and you won't be charged a dime! The only time I would retain any part of your security hold is for: 1) damage caused by breaking house rules like smoking or bringing an animal, 2) if the damage exceeds the $500 covered amount, or 3) excessive cleaning costs as determined by our cleaners.

The room was very nice and beautifully done. It had everything you needed for cooking, and beach chairs and stuff. Everything was close to the room pools, hot tub, indoor heated pool. Everythin was great. The property is really nice and super clean and well maintained. We thourghly enjoyed our stay. I liked not being in all the hussle and bussel of the main strip, my wife did go over to shop and it was crowded.

Perfect getaway!

Perfect home for a beach getaway!

The property was just as it seems online. It was very clean, tidy, and perfectly located. A quick walk to the beach, with the most beautiful views. The size of the property was perfect for two of us, and was stocked with anything we could’ve needed, other than groceries. We loved that the property was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town, which made for an even more relaxing time. The amenities offered were perfect, and Heidi was an incredible host. We will definitely be back!
