About this property

Ground floor apartment with large terrace, only 150m to the beach

"Sonnendeck 27". Choose the ground floor apartment, completed in late 2017, with a large terrace as a cozy base for your holiday in one of the most beautiful regions on the Baltic Sea.
First stop: the only 150 meters away fine sandy, gently sloping clean south beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
Pets can be booked for an additional charge of 20, - €. 1 dog is allowed, others only on request.

Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (u. Dishwasher, kettle, microwave, blender), a bright dining area, a bedroom with box spring bed and a small room with a bunk bed (suitable for two children, but only for one adult).
A baby travel cot and a high chair are also available.

In the living area you can relax with TV and music, in the cold season, a stove provides warmth. Of course we offer free Wi-Fi access. The surrounding terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers a lot of space, in addition to plenty of sun on hot days and a shady spot (southwest or North side). A parking space is ready for the car.

To the area: The island of Fehmarn is located directly in front of the seaside resort of Großenbrode, which is surrounded by water in three places and is one of the rainiest and sunniest areas in Germany.
The West Beach is ideal for dog owners - let their darlings frolic and blow a fresh breeze around their noses. Or explore by bike the 15 kilometers of coastline with its steep banks. With its six ports, Großenbrode / Großenbroder Ferry offers the best conditions for sailing and all kinds of water sports.

From May to September a beach chair is available free of charge!

Wir haben uns in der FeWo von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt und wir werden sie gerne wieder buchen.Schön wäre eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für e-Bikes.( Eine Reservierung im Fahrradhaus war aus Platzgründen nicht möglich.) Als Anmerkung haben wir nur noch den Hinweis, die Gläser (teilw.blind) und verschiedene Messer auszutauschen.

Unsere Wohnung war reel groß,hell und freundlich. halbpaterre.In der Küche und Wohnzimmer war alles was man brauchte vorhanden.Das Bad etwas klein…aber dafür mit Waschmaschine. die Betten waren bequem.Was mich etwas geargert hat,ist das die Betten nicht bezogen waren obwohl wir die teuren Wäschepakete gebucht hatten( das sind wir anders gewohnt).Es wäre auch gut für die moderne Kaffeemaschine eine Beschreibung zu haben..wir kamen damit nicht zurecht. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht wieder buchen,,da uns die Autos dicht an der Wohnung doch gestört haben.man fühlt sich etwas beobachtet.ansonsten gibt es eine schöne Eundumterrasse.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, nur das Bettzeug war eine Katastrophe. Die Decken waren eher für den Winter gedacht und rutschen in der Bettwäsche hin und her.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Eine sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles da, was für den täglichen Bedarf gebraucht wird. Einziges Manko waren die für unsere Verhältnisse sehr weichen Matratzen. Aber ansonsten wirklich schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Top mit kleinem Manko

Alles supi wie man es bisher gewöhnt ist, nur die Decken und Kissen sind ein schreckliches Material auch wenn der Bezug drüber ist. Auch die Matratzen im Doppelbett die reinste Hängematte, da war die im Kinderzimmer angenehm fester. Wir kommen schon seit Jahren nach Großenbrode.

Wir sind mit 3 Personen verreist. Die Wohnung bietet dafür den entsprechenden Raum. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wurde. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser sehr gemütlichen Ferienwohnung! Bei Anreise war alles sehr sauber, bestellte Bettwäsche schon bezogen, Handtücher lagen parat sowie Masken und Desinfektionsmittel. Die Lage ist absolut gut, die Pferde (und Ziegen) direkt vor der Tür waren ein Highlight für unseren kleinen Sohn. Man ist super schnell am Strand und der Promenade. Absoluter Luxus: die Tiefgarage mit Aufzug direkt ins Gebäude. Spätestens als es beim Abreisetag wie aus Eimer geschüttet hat und man das Auto im Trockenen einpacken konnte, wusste man die Tiefgarage dreifach zu schätzen. Mit Kinderwagen auch super komfortabel. Minimale Kritik: die Fenster waren zu einer Seite hin sehr schmutzig und auf meine Anfrage (Mail), ob diese noch geputzt werden könnten, hat die Objektverwaltung leider gar nicht reagiert. Und ein bisschen viel Unkraut war auf der Terrasse. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Alles prima. Das Einzige was mich gestört hat, ist,dass jeder von der offenen Tiefgarage(kein Tor/Schranke) ungehindert durch die immer nicht abgeschlossene Feuerschutztür Tag und Nacht ins Haus konnte.
