"Sonnendeck 27". Choose the ground floor apartment, completed in late 2017, with a large terrace as a cozy base for your holiday in one of the most beautiful regions on the Baltic Sea.
First stop: the only 150 meters away fine sandy, gently sloping clean south beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.
Pets can be booked for an additional charge of 20, - €. 1 dog is allowed, others only on request.

Our apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (u. Dishwasher, kettle, microwave, blender), a bright dining area, a bedroom with box spring bed and a small room with a bunk bed (suitable for two children, but only for one adult).
A baby travel cot and a high chair are also available.

In the living area you can relax with TV and music, in the cold season, a stove provides warmth. Of course we offer free Wi-Fi access. The surrounding terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers a lot of space, in addition to plenty of sun on hot days and a shady spot (southwest or North side). A parking space is ready for the car.

To the area: The island of Fehmarn is located directly in front of the seaside resort of Großenbrode, which is surrounded by water in three places and is one of the rainiest and sunniest areas in Germany.
The West Beach is ideal for dog owners - let their darlings frolic and blow a fresh breeze around their noses. Or explore by bike the 15 kilometers of coastline with its steep banks. With its six ports, Großenbrode / Großenbroder Ferry offers the best conditions for sailing and all kinds of water sports.

From May to September a beach chair is available free of charge!
