Renovated middle part of the house with 3 rooms and 60 sqm on 2 levels (ground floor, ground floor) for up to 4 people. In a quiet location in the southern district of Böhl.

Modern and elegant living room with leather corner sofa, reclining chair, TV, DVD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished and covered garden terrace to the west with barbecue. Open designer kitchen with dishwasher and all comfort.

1. Bedroom with double bed (2x 100 x 200cm), 2 armchairs and wardrobe.
 Second Bedroom with 2 separate single beds (each 90 x 200cm), chair and wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, electric ventilation, hair dryer and fan heater.

Parking space in front of the house, bicycle storage and free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Besonders gut fande ich das aus checken, einfach nachts die Schlüssel in den Briefkasten werfen, ohne große Übergabe. Haus wirkte frisch renoviert, Möbel neu und alles genau wie beschrieben. Also Unterkunft war Top.

Wir (eine 3-Köpfige Familie) hatten 1 Woche Aufenthalt in den Pfingstferien. Wir reisen mit 2 Asthmatikern und achten sehr darauf, dass Tiere nicht gestattet sind. Danke dafür, dass es solche Unterkünfte auch für uns gibt: keinerlei Haare, Gerüche oder staubige Ecken! Die Unterkunft ist sehr trefflich beschrieben und wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Die Betten (alle) waren himmlisch angenehm. "Mr. Hinkebein" wurde von uns auch mal bedient, weil wir unsere eigenen Krümel unter den Füßen nicht leiden können. An der Unterkunft gibt es aus unserer Sicht nichts zu beanstanden. Kleiner Tipp: Wer länger bleiben will kann ja beim Vermieter nachfragen, ob eine Zwischenreinigung möglich wäre (Aufpreis). Für uns 3 je 100% Glück
