Was a great stay

It was pretty nice, owner are very friendly. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. New Kitchen. We got Fruits and Drinks for welcome.

Lovely house, close to old Labin

This is a well equipped house( 2 appartments) upper one with a lovely balcony for breakfast whilst teenagers still sleeping down below). Good pool and outside space for bbq and eating. Short walk into old Labin , we were lucky to be there for their festival night, classical concert in the church and did some wine tasting. 10k to Svete Marina for swimming, paddle boarding, taking out a small boat and beachside eating. Big supermarkets in new Labin, down the hill also good small local market. Host was helpful, house very clean and lots of cleaning products, dishwasher tabs etc. They brought us figs from local neighbour. Highly recommend

Wish we’d booked for longer

Stayed here with my sister and had the most relaxing time. The house is situated in a beautiful, quite rural area close to the old town of Labin which you can walk to. First thing we saw on arrival was the beautiful pristine swimming pool, which was cleaned very morning, so remained pristine throughout our week long stay. The house, situated in front of the owners property is actually 2 self contained units, each having a kitchen, lounge area and double bedroom. My sister stayed upstairs in the air conditioned unit. Downstairs, which is solid brick is kept cool by keeping shutters closed to keep the sun out and only has an electric fan. The units are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean bedding. Doriana and her husband were exceptional hosts. On arrival Doriana gave us information on local restaurants, shopping, sights and beaches to visit etc. which was really helpful. We had a minor, non urgent issue with a door which was responded to immediately. Doriana also kindly brought us some local home made goodies. There is a variety of supermarkets a short ride away and there is a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Our only regret is we only booked for a week and wish we had made it longer.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns bereits beim Check-in Tips zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung und ist nur ca 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Auch zum Meer sind es nur ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles in allem kann man die Unterkunft ruhigen gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne und posititve Zeit.

Der gesamte Urlaub war einfach Super. Angefangen vom Empfang in der Unterkunft und der kurzen Einweisung wo was im Haus zu finden ist. Bei dieser sind uns die Besten Restaurants in der Stadt und die schönsten Strände in der Umgebung genannt worden. Manche sind etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen, aber es lohnt sich. Die Eigentümer sind sehr Gastfreundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. An einem Abend wurde uns sogar ein typischer Kroatischer Nachtisch vorbeigebracht. Zum Abschied hat unser Sohn noch eine Tafel Kinderschokolade geschenkt bekommen und die Damen ein kleines selbst gemachtes Lavendel Kissen.Alles in allem ist dieses Fereinhaus in Labin sehr, sehr schön und kann von uns nur weiter empfohlen werden.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden zum zweiten Mal da. Ein super herzlicher Empfang der Gastgeberin. Alles super wie im Vorjahr! Die untere Wohnung hat jetzt auch eine Klimaanlage!Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn im Poolbereich und auf dem Balkon im ersten Stock noch ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm gewesen wäre.Sonst alles prima!Manuela, Anita, Günter und Dieter

Sehr schöner angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die anfängliche Skepzis weil die Vermieter auf dem Grundstück wohnen,war bereits beim Check in verflogen. Super nette hilfsbereite Vermieter, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Privatsphäre 100%Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde zum Wechsel zu Verfügung gestellt wenn man wollte, 2 x haben wir Leckereien von der Vermieterin bekommen, das hatten wir noch in keinem Ferienhaus. Für uns wsr der Urlaub rund um gelungen :-)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub😊

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa genossen. In ruhiger Lage, weg von den vielen Touristen konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Besonders loben müssen wir die tollen Vermieter! Sie waren immer nett und haben uns oft mit Tips und Aufmerksamkeit überrascht! Sehr nette Menschen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Obwohl wir schon früher ankamen war das Haus fertig für uns. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns auch mit kroatischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt! Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Labin wo man sehr gut essen gehen kann! Es gibt auch sehr schöne Strände in der Umgebung!

12 Urlaubstage mit Freunden in einem sehr empfehlenswerten Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten 12 sehr schöne Urlaubstage in diesem wunderschönen und ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus. Die Eigentümer wohnen gleich hinter dem Ferienhaus, sind sehr freundlich und gaben uns gute Hinweise für die Umgebung. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke und es gab sogar zum Geburtstag unseres Freundes ein Geschenk. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns bei den Eigentümern für den schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus, das Inventar und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und waren immer Ansprechbar. Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Da ich während unseren Aufenthalt Geburtstag hatte, bekam ich sogar ein Geschenk der Vermieter überreicht! Wirklich super lieb! Im Kühlschrank hatten die Hausherren bereits für uns Getränke und frisches Obst bereit gestellt, was sehr aufmerksam war! Die Villa war sehr sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt! Im allen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Danke an die Familie ❤️

Urlaub in der schönen Villa Doriana in Labin

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Labin. Wir wohnten in der unteren Wohnung und unsere Freunde in der oberen. Beide Wohnungen sind super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbar! Waren mit Teenie-Kindern und erwachsenem Sohn dort...es hat allen super gefallen! Wunderbare Lage, ruhig und dennoch in 10 min Fußmarsch in der Stadt mit Restaurants. Haben die Nachmittage am Pool genossen, Strand ist etwa 10-15 Autominuten entfernt. Haus sehr sauber, Vermieter supernett, jederzeit wieder!!!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Doriana mit unseren Freunden verbracht. Als wir am 1. Tag ankamen, waren wir schon sehr angetan, denn das Haus und der Pool sehen genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die zwei Wohnungen in der Villa und der Pool sind sehr ordentlich, sauber und gepflegt. Wir können und werden die Villa Doriana weiter empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub

Ein schönes Haus mit zwei kleinen Wohnungen, einer hübschen Anlage und einem sauberen , tollen Pool. Die Vermieter wohnen hinter dem Haus auf dem gleichen Grundstück und haben uns mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen begrüßt und Lavendelsäckchen zum Abschied geschenkt. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, die tolle Altstadt von Labin ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um 2 komplett getrennte Wohnungen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters war er anfangs noch sehr kalt (16 Grad), bis zu unserer Abreise hatte er sich auf angenehme 21 Grad aufegeizt.
