Summary:
Quaint three bedroom home on a large corner lot. This is a very friendly neighborhood less than 15 minutes from Downtown. Enjoy the modern kitchen and bathroom and open concept living space. Fully fenced backyard with tons of space and privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful, charming place to get away for the weekend, this is the perfect place for you!

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire home and large backyard. There is free street parking by the home. Some closet spaces are closed.

There is a Green Egg Grill in the backyard for guest use. We kindly ask guests to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.

The Neighborhood:
Amazing location! This South Austin neighborhood is within two miles from coffee shops, beer gardens, breweries, and a winery. The South Congress, South Lamar, and South First Street locations are a very short ride. Downtown is only 15 minutes away.

Not bad, more of a bachelor crash pad

I would say it’s a very basic accommodation. House appears to be older with DIY upgrades. Window units did a great job of keeping the rooms warm but the main one in the living room wouldn’t work, so we didn’t hangout in the living room. I could tell it had been a few days since they cleaned from the previous stay as there was so many dead moths all over the floor. Main bed was comfortable but the other two were okay. Only 1 blanket available for the whole house. Owners did provide wine and sparkling water which was nice.

Excellent Stay

We loved the location and the quaintness of the house! It was a super enjoyable stay and the amenities were quite nice. We did lock ourselves out accidentally, so I would be care of that, but the owner was so fast to come and take care of it. Truly grateful for the response time. Also, if I had any detractor, I would say the back gate to get into the parking area was a little difficult to open and close for my teenager, LOL. since it required a lift and push to open. But, really a wonderful stay!
