Don’t Mess With Texas! 3-Bedroom house in lovely South Austin with ice cold AC!
Unwind at this hip, centrally located, South Manchaca Neighborhood, in this newly renovated house! With 3 themed bedrooms, up to 6 guests will have plenty of space to relax.
“The Comedy Room” has a large closet with built in organization, a queen size bed, and a wall mounted 50” TV. “The National Parks Room” also features a queen size bed, and a multi level closet. “The Western Room” has 2 Twin XL beds (easily sleeps full grown adults), a small office desk, library, a black and white laser air printer, and storage for your belongings. All of the rooms have touch lamps w/ usb charging capabilities, and ceiling fans.
The full kitchen is ready to cook, with a full hood vent to help tackle your culinarily masterpieces. There is a large 55” TV in the living room; both TVs are smart TVs, and ready to stream via a google fiber internet connection.
The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, washer/dryer, and a hair dryer for added convenience. Take advantage of the ice cold AC year round, enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas and beautiful yard, or crank the heat, on those cold Winter nights.
I do share a driveway with my neighbor; so please do not block the left side of the driveway (neighbor’s garage entrance). If you have a smaller car, feel free to park on the right side of the driveway. There is a ton of on street parking right in front of the house for larger vehicles.
