Hi Bri many thanks for 5 Star review and kind comments. We are pleased you enjoyed. Glad pool guy was able to clean the pool quickly after the heavy rain. Hope to rent to you again next year. stephen and johanna at vipvilla

Hi Luciane and family many thanks for your 5 Star review, we are pleased you enjoyed the villa. I know you had some doubts about booking a villa rather than a hotel. I am glad we convinced you take the villa option. You have so much more space, 4 bedrooms, your own pool and fridge for storing drinks/snacks etc. Staying in a villa actually costs less than a hotel room when you take everything into consideration. We hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Miranda and family many thanks for your kind coments, we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope we can rent to you again soon. Johanna vipvilla

Hi Ray many thanks for your review. Hope we can rent to you again soon. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Dear Mark and family many thanks for your 5 Star review and also your reservation for next year. We are sorry about the pollen issue, it only happens for a 4/5 weeks each year in March. However we have arranged to have the tree pruned so next year it will be less of an issue. The pool is cleaned weekly, but during the "pollen season" then it will be cleaned again if the guest reports the issue. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Elizabeth many thanks for your feedback. We have asked the landscapers to see if the tree can be pruned to prevent the pollen dropping onto the pool. Fortunately it only happens for a few weeks each year. Sincere apologies on the BBQ confusion. We had e mailed our normal contact at the Mgt Co to arrange the BBQ, but they were on holiday, so there was a delay it getting that resolved for you. And finally yes in these Covid times we cannot provide anything that is personal use. However there should be beach towels, I will get the Mgt Co. to check that (or if you had called them they would have replaced them if missing). We are pleased you enjoyed the villa and hope we can rent to you again. johanna and stephen vipvilla

Hi Gillian many thanks for your 5 Star review, we are pleased you enjoyed. Hope we can rent to you again in the future. stephen vipvilla

Hi Shayla many thanks for your 5 Star review, it is most appreciated. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. It is common practice for villa rentals to provide a fresh toilet roll in each bathroom, further supplies are guest responsibility. Hope that helps. We hope we can rent to you again in one of the villas we manage. johanna and stephen vipvilla

We have translated the guest comments below and as you can see they had a great time but the pool table balls were missing. The guest did not report this to our Management Company, had they done so they would have been replaced same day (and were replaced when we received this review). Dear Olivia We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope we can rent to you again in one of the villas we manage. johanna and stephen vipvilla Here is reveiw translated: In the description it says that it has a game room but when you arrive in the environment there is no attraction that is working. There is a pool table but no balls. But the stay is great if it's with older people. Great location. Lots of space and the pool area is very comfortable

Hi Sit-Yen many thanks for 5 Star review and comments, we really do appreciate it. We hope to rent to you again soon. Johanna and stephen vipvilla

Hi Lois I am sorry the grill was not clean when you arrived, there is a notice on the grill to say this is the resposibility of departing guests and it is unfortunate that they did not clean it when they left. It normally just takes 2/3 minutes to clean the grill by hand, or put the grill plates in the dishwasher. The local County allocate just one recycle bin and one trash bin per villa. They get emptied twice a week and this has never been a problem in the past. There is a note in the villa Welcome Pack to say where the dumpster is, and gate security people would also be able to advise. From speaking to you I know that you did emjoy the villa, it's location and the villa pool. I hope we can rent to you again in one of our villas where we have many 5 Star reciews. Johanna and Stephen vipvilla

Hi Bradly and family many thanks for your feedback, it is important to us. We will certainly have the Managemnt Company clean the pull out (and replace if necessary, had you called them about this it would have been dome immediately. The vasy majority of villas with games room do have them located in the converted garage where there is no air con. It is normally only a problem with the heat on very hot days, which you did experience. I am sorry the grill was not clean when you arrived, there is a notice on the grill to say this is the resposibility of departing guests and it is unfortunate that they did not clean it when they left. It normally just takes 2/3 minutes to clean the grill by hand, or put the grill plates in the dishwasher. Other than that we are glad you enjoyed and would rent again. We look forward to you renting again at one of our villas. Johann and Stephen vipvilla

Hi Sandra and family many thanks for your 5 Satrt review, we are pleased you found the villa had everything you needed. We hope to rent to you again soon. Johanna and Stephen vipvilla

Hi Lyne and family we are glad you enjoyed your holiday at the villa. We are very sorry about the issues with the pool you encountered. As you now know the pool filter had become blocked and needed replacing. I agee the managemnet company should have responded quicker and in less than 24 hours (and not 2 days to get the filter replaced). We have spoken to the Mgt Co. and they have assured us this will not happend again. I hope we can rent to you in the furure. stephen and johanna vipvilla

Hi Maxine and family many thanks for your kind comments, and we are so pleased you had a great time.....again. We hope to rent to you again soon. Johanna

Hi Shelley and family many thanks for your kind remarks. Once again we are pleased you enjoyed all that was provided in the villa, and the villas location. We hope to rent to you again soon. Johanna and Stephen vipvilla

Hi Jon and family many thanks for your kind comments, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We hope we can rent to you again soon at one of our villas. johanna vipvilla

Neither we nor our management company had any contact from this guest during their stay so we assumed all was good and we are now a little disappointed that we have received this review. Had our management company received a call then we could have had the air con inspected. The mattresses are in good condition and are only 2 years old. There were a couple of stains on the carpets from recent guests and these have now been professionally cleaned. For health and safety reason we do not leave any sponges/cloths for guests, this is normal practice for hotels and villas etc. Dishwasher liquid and washing up liquid is in one of the cabinets. New bars of soap are always left in the bathrooms. Johanna vipvilla

Hi Jason and family many thanks for your kind comments, we are so pleased you enjoyed our villa and the amenities of the Resort. We agree that the villa has an ideal location for visiting all the theme parks, one of the main reasons we chose the villa. We hope we can rent to you again soon at one of our villas.
