All the comforts of home!

Terra Verde will charge a $25 fee per electronic key-card for vehicles for fast access to the resort at the front gate. The pool heat cost is $20.00 per day and the Cleaning Fee is $125.00. On site property management company- Unique Florida Homes manages our home and takes care of all the cleaning and pool heat etc. as well as any issues they may arise during a stay.

Come relax, enjoy and rent this lovely & newly furnished, well equipped villa, which offers a 2 floor layout with the highest standards in mind; There are 4 bedrooms /3 bath villa with 2 Kings, 1 Queen and 3 Twins. Two of the four bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms have 32" modern flat screen televisions. This luxurious villa has everything you need to experience the Floridian lifestyle. This villa has been updated with all the modern features one expects of a quality vacation villa together with a private pool which faces a conservation area that gets lots of sun and privacy. The pool was recently updated with new skim coat and tiles, pool heater, pool pump and pool light. Our villa has newly upgraded furniture, area rug, tile & wood flooring, great for hypo allergenic individuals, lamps, wall art & decorations and no expense has been spared to provide luxury at its best. The kitchen cabinets and counters have all been replaced with new taller soft close Cinnamon colored cabinets & drawers and granite counter tops throughout. A new wall mounted television in the dining room, all new remote control ceiling fans with lights were installed in all of the bedrooms. This villa is located in the beautiful Terra Verde Resort directly across the street, just steps from the main clubhouse. There is no better location to rent!

Relaxing week away!

We had a great stay. Kevin responded very promptly to all our questions and was great in answering them. We enjoyed the community pool area as well as the pool in the back. The townhouse was the perfect size for our family of five and we loved having a kitchen/living area to enjoy each others company when we weren't at Universal.

Great holiday

Second time staying at this property. Previously stayed in 2018 and had planned for 2020 but we had to cancel because of covid. Great location for Disney, universal parks and international drive. Plenty of good restaurants nearby on 192. Property ideal for a family. Private pool and very close to the communal pool. Best holiday ever.

Beautiful Home!

We loved every minute of our stay at Terre Verde. Kevin and Darlene's home is very well appointed and has many upgrades, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, brand new wood laminate floors in every bedroom, super comfortable high quality mattresses... The location, backed up to a wooded conservation area, but very close to the clubhouse and the community pool was both quiet and convenient. We have previously stayed at 4 other properties in the Terre Verde resort and this was, by far, the best! We hope to be able to visit again next year! Gail and Arthur Burgess (and family)

Excellent off site property

This was our first time staying off site as our previous trips to Orlando we have always stayed on ground at Disney or Universal. We could not have been happier with this experience. The beautiful condo was spacious, well stocked, beautiful decorated, across the street from the pool/club house, and convenient to theme parks (15-20 minutes) and stores. Check in and check out were a breeze! It was so helpful to have the full kitchen to prepare meals and pack for park. We had no issues or reasons to contact host but knew based on other reviews that if we had needed anything they were just a message away. Would love to stay again. Had a wonderful experience!

First home rental experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property. My family & I enjoyed it so very much. Nice, clean & spacious! It had everything we needed. It looked just like it did online. The pool was always warm & the kids enjoyed it so much! The only issue I had was with check in. It could have been made easier. The door code should’ve been provided prior to arriving. My family & I waited an hour to gain entry. Besides that, everything was a plus for me & I would stay again!

Nice home with amenities, close to Disney

This was a lovely property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, modern, updated, and very clean. It was a two minute walk to the clubhouse where there were lots of activities for our seven year old and a playground that our two year old enjoyed. The clubhouse even sponsored a Santa visit and photo opportunity during the Christmas season along with a family movie night. The air conditioning broke down while we were there, but someone was in our unit within 5 minutes to look at the problem and it was repaired within the hour. We do have a few suggestions that would have made for a smoother stay. 1) Make sure that the instructions sent via email reflect the latest check in process. We were given instructions that referenced a parking pass deposit that no longer existed and were given the wrong door code and wifi password. 2) Supply a few more basics. We stayed five nights and had to purchase garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, sugar, etc. It would have been nice to have some of these items included so that we didn't have to purchase an entire supply of items for just a few days. For future visitors, there is a Dollar Tree a few miles away to stock up on household items. 3) Make the unit more child friendly. It would have been nice to have a high chair/booster seat and a pack n play in the unit. I also think the rate should include a heated pool during the cooler months. Overall, we would recommend the unit. It was quite comfortable for our family of four and we were a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom.

This home was as advertised and a great place to stay. The communication with the Hogans was timely. The house was very clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was secure and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home from home

Terre verde is a secure resort about 20 mins drive to the Disney parks. The villa is spacious and very private with the pool backing onto a conservation buffer. We paid extra and had the private pool heated as in April we know from experience it can be cold. Our teenage daughter spent up to 3 hours a day in it after a full day at the parks. We did buy a key card for the gate 25 but this isn’t necessary, just gave us easier access when returning to the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no reservations booking it again.Many thanks Kevin and family for sharing your lovely home with us

Wonderful Vacation - Highly Recommend

We stayed at townhome for six weeks. Home was perfect, clean, nice modern furniture, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The private pool was beautiful. The home's location was close to the resort clubhouse and all the amenities. Resort grounds were well maintained and resort staff was helpful and friendly. The owners were great and availabe for any help but we had no problems. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortuately it was booked. We will try to reserve for winter of 2027.

Great house incorrect information

We had a great time. The house was great. However, the pricing information was incorrect for the key cards at Terra Verde. It should be updated. We were told it was a refundable $10 charge per card but turns out it’s a non refundable $25 charge. Otherwise it was great. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful Place/Great Location

Overall beautiful home. Lots of room. Nice resort. Easy drive to Universal/Disney. Friendly helpful people at the resort. Be prepared to bring extra toilet paper, sponges, paper towels, trash bags, etc. No extras provided. Comfortable beds. The pool has a lot of stains which makes it look dirty, not really appealing. But overall great place to stay for the price.

Great House & Location

We had a great time!

The property was great and we had a lot of fun at the theme parks. Mostly just crashed at night after we visited the parks. We did swim in the resort pool which was nice because it had a hot tub. Only two issues, and they are minor, I didn’t like having to purchase a gate pass to the resort though I can understand why they do it as guests would probably forget to leave their gate passes at the unit and we only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay with 5 people we had to get more and it would have been nice to have a few spare squares.

Disney trip

Exactly as posted, very nice!!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was very well stocked with all the supplies you will need. It was very close to the main gate and pool house, which had a nice area with pool, jacuzzi, games and tiki bar. The only regret was not asking for the units pool to be heated, the weather was not so great. There was an issue with the AC when we first arrived but the host was right on it and had a tech on-site right away.

My wife Darlene and our daughter Dariya and myself Kevin are New Yorkers and now live in Florida! We decided to purchase here to be closer when visiting our daughter/son in law and grandchildren who live nearby and moved down to Florida from NY as well. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for the last 20 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating, the resort feels comfortable and easy.

Why they chose this property

After looking through numerous resorts, it became clear that TV was a well managed, pristine and well run community, with families and children in mind.TV is a more upgraded and higher end community with superior amenities, staff and overall appearances. Terra Verde is High End Luxury Hotel Style resort with matching amenities.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit of our community is the fact that the larger town home/Villas come with their own private 11' x 22' heated swimming pools, this allows you to make a choice between staying in the home or going to the larger community pool and meeting other travelers and owners alike. It is also very central to all popular restaurants, attractions, water parks and malls and shopping venues, theaters, fine dining and all types of restaurants. You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available.
