Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this charming vacation finca with a private pool, located in a quiet area near the village of Sa Pobla. Perfectly equipped for 6 people, this finca is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to relax, enjoy Mallorca’s great weather, and stay close to the island’s main attractions.
The finca offers spacious and well-maintained outdoor areas, perfect for resting and having fun in nature. It features a large round pool with sun loungers and umbrellas – ideal for sunbathing or taking a refreshing swim. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue with a table for 6 people – perfect for outdoor meals.
Children will enjoy the playground and the ping pong table. A large garden with natural grass completes this perfect setting to unwind in a natural environment.
The interior of the finca is on a single floor, making it both functional and accessible. The spacious living-dining room, which opens directly to the terrace, is filled with natural light and a cozy atmosphere. It features two comfortable sofas and air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils – ideal for those who enjoy cooking on holiday. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and two others with two single beds (90 cm each). There is also a second bathroom with a shower near the twin rooms.
The finca is located in a peaceful rural area just a few minutes’ drive from the lovely village of Sa Pobla, where you’ll find traditional Mallorcan restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a Sunday market – perfect for fresh, local produce.
In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach Alcudia – one of the most visited coastal towns on the island, known for its white sandy beach, marina, and walled old town.

Heating according to consumption: €2.15/litre
Deposit: €300/reservation
Ecotax and deposit are not included in the price and must be paid in cash on arrival.
