Enjoy unforgettable vacations in this charming holiday farm with a private pool, located in a quiet area near the town of Sa Pobla. Perfectly equipped for 6 people, this farm is ideal for both families and groups of friends looking to relax, enjoy the Mallorcan good weather and be close to the main points of interest on the island.



The farm offers spacious and well-maintained exteriors, ideal for relaxing and having fun in the midst of nature. It features a large round swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing swim. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor meals.



Children can enjoy the playground and a ping pong table. The large garden with natural grass completes this perfect setting to disconnect in contact with nature.



The interior of the property is distributed on a single floor, which makes it accessible and functional. The spacious living-dining room, directly connected to the terrace, stands out for its natural light and cozy atmosphere. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas and has air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy cooking during vacations. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two with two single beds of 90 cm each. Additionally, it has a second bathroom with a shower, located near the rooms with individual beds.



The farm is located in a rural and quiet area, just a few minutes by car from the charming village of Sa Pobla, where you will find typical Mallorcan restaurants, bars, supermarkets and its local market on Sundays, perfect for buying fresh and zero-kilometer products. In addition, in just 15 minutes by car you can reach Alcudia, one of the most visited coastal towns on the island, famous for its white sandy beach, its marina and its walled old town.

Erholung mit Familie

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit schönem Pool. Eine perfekte Finca für eine grosse Familie die einen erholsamen Urlaub wollen. Der Tischtennistisch war auch super. Eine tolle Küche mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Aussenküche-Grill ist perfekt für gemütliche Grillabende. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub. Die Matrazen sind zum Teil etwas durchgelegen, oder sehr weich… vielleicht durch neue ersetzen.

Eine toll ausgestattete Finca mit einem großen Außenbereich - ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Finca - ein toller Außenbereich mit viel viel Platz. Richtig toll auch für die Kinder. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Gelände mit einem Rolltor gesichert ist. Alles in allem die Unterkunft war für uns ideal und wir haben dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Innenbereich zeitweise ein muffiger Geruch - insbesondere im Badezimmer.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Finca - es fehlte an nichts. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt waren die etwas muffigen Gerüche im Badezimmer.

Die Finca ist einfach ein Traum. Sie ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Auch Daniel der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Urlaub. Wir werden uns bestimmt wieder sehen. Kleiner Tipp, ein Ventilator für die Terrasse wäre nicht schlecht.

Ein herrliches Anwesen, ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt. Sehr schöner Pool und Grillbereich! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Sa Pobla. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten eine ganze Menge und alles innerhalb von maximal 30 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen!
