This place is part of a single-family home. It is close to everything. Less than 10 miles from downtown, 3 miles from The Domain, and between three intersecting freeways.
What makes this property unique
It is quiet and unique. The pool is great for swimming from June through September and is professionally maintained. It is not heated so we do not recommend swimming in other months.
