The place was very cute-well maintained except for the fact that the master bedroom did not have hot water! We ran the water and ran the water to no avail-the second bathroom did have hot water-but since it was another person sharing the place we didn’t use her bathroom…it’s really cute and updated -if they could just fix the hot water issue in the back of the house- in full disclosure-we didn’t notify the host until check out- Please give this place a chance -it’s very nice inside!! Centrally located-check in was a breeze- We will give it another try as soon as the hot water issue is fixed😉

Immaculate house with comfortable minimalist aesthetic.

930 is a thoughtfully renovated and tastefully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modernist house that was appreciated by my husband and I well as we re-educated ourselves on the Sarasota real estate market.

Gem in Sarasota

We previously had a bad experience at rental property in Sarasota and this property was a gem. Everything was new, clean and bug free. The owner was easily accessible. I would highly recommend staying here. My only suggestion is a Mr. Coffee coffee maker for dinosaurs like me;)!
