You will be less than 5 minutes to SRQ, 7 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 10 minutes to the famous St. Armand Cir., and 15 minutes to the white quartz sandy beaches of Siesta Key - consistently ranked number one best beaches in the world!

Great vacation house

We loved everything about the property, clean, modern, well staffed with everything needed and very quiet location. Close to the beautiful Lido beach and downtown Sarasota. We all enjoyed our stay and Sarasota weather is usually fantastic this time of the year.

A Great place to stay!

The property is in a quiet residential area, you would never guess that the Sarasota airport was about 5 min away or that restaurants and stores were also just as close! The house is actually bigger than the photos suggest! There is also a spacious back yard, with a patio & screened in porch. We loved staying there! We went to gorgeous, & not very busy, Lido beach every day. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, & flexible with check in. I highly recommend this house.

Quiet Retreat

This property was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the sink and disposal were not operational. The issue was resolved the next day. Amenities were acceptable but could have used an iron and ironing board. A broom for the outdoor spaces would have been helpful. Also, additional window treatments, such as shades or blinds would have afforded more privacy. The screened porch needed cleaning as well as porch furniture that was still boxed. Since we were very familiar with Sarasota we knew about attractions and restaurants, someone who didn't know the area could have used information about the area.
