And less than a mile walk to downtown Santa Barbara, the historic Santa Barbara Mission and several grocery stores. And less than a 10 min drive to the beach, hiking, and more shopping.

When you're not out and about enjoying the town you can lounge at home in this roomy cottage with its extra large living room and dining room with craftsman character throughout.

THE SPACE

The living room and dining room are spacious and filled with natural sun light. The living room has access to the front patio and French doors to the back grill area. The wood burning fire place and smart TV give you all the tools you need for a quiet, cozy, relaxing evening in.

The dining room has a large family style table that seats 6 and a custom built in hutch with classic craftsman beams and charm.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook till your heart is content. Fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils that you'll need. A double oven, recessed sink, five burner stove and purified water on tap are just a few of the features that will make you feel right at home. And pair it all with a nice glass of local wine.

Each of the cozy yet spacious bedrooms have a queen size bed, new mattress, dressers, closets and ceiling fan.

The large bathroom has a walk in glass rain shower and skylight to enjoy the Santa Barbara sunshine inside and out.

The garage has a washer and dryer as well as beach amenities like folding chairs and umbrella.

Can't Wait to Stay Again

The property was charming and exactly like described. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were especially impressed by the property manager who responded quickly and completely to our few concerns--even delivering a brand new coffee maker when the existing one worked less than perfectly. A+ and Thank You!

Perfect Location/Perfect accomodations

This well stocked home is in an incredibly convenient location for all that Santa Barbara has to offer. We rented the home for a business partner of my husband’s and his wife and son to stay while visiting/working in the area. They loved walking to Handlebar and getting groceries at Trader Joe’s. The house met their needs perfectly and having laundry on site was a great bonus for them. Jayla and her team are so responsive and helpful. They could not have been nice and easier to work with. I highly recommend this home.
