Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides the following supplies: dish washing soap for your stay, an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags - enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Miramar beach

Very wonderful place to stay, especially if you have dogs. This is the second time we have stayed here. Each time was great. Beach just across the street and 2 beautiful pools. Plan to come back again.

We really enjoyed our time in 1304. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids had their own space. Close walk to the beach, pool, and dog area. Everything was as advertised, very clean and easy check in. Loved the king size beds and bathrooms for each room. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break-2023

My family of five loved our stay here! Everything about the condo was exactly as described. It was nicely decorated, spacious, and we enjoyed coming back from the beach and playing games on the balcony. The grounds were well kept, the beach was beautiful, and my teenagers found plenty to do between the fitness center, pools, basketball courts, and tennis courts. It was an added bonus that we could bring our puppy.

If I have to do it again I stay in the same place,every time you’re looking for a place to rent or just buying something you’re look for the best reviews well this is my I love the place,what you see on the VRBO site that’s what you get,the cleanest of the place the first time you get in there fills like brand new ,really close to the beach is probably 100 steps the apartments are perfect for families specially with kids,I think 80% of the people in the complex where with kids which I like it because I have kids to ,the beach for that sección is private just for the people in Maravilla ,restaurants are with walking. distance well the bottom line the place is fantastic not just my point of view my family to .Thank you Maravilla team.

As advertised, convenient and clean.

Stayed with wife and three kids. We enjoyed the property and access to the beach with complimentary chair/umbrella service. Beds were good, and the condo was clean. One recommendation concerning the beach service, you are better off picking chairs on the ends of the private beach. If you get one close to beach access, chances are other beach goers will set up their umbrellas directly in front of you impeding your view. With small children it was necessary to have them in sight, and this kinda sucked. Didn’t fully know the rules, but I guess it is allowed - just no tents - I believe that was the only sign we saw.

Top Notch Vacation Experience

We absolutely loved our stay at Miravilla. The condo was just right for our family. My husband and I along with our infant daughter were comfortable in the large master suite. (Loved that it had a makeup vanity with power strip and mirror set up in the bedroom!) My MIL was comfy in the other large bedroom with the King size bed, and our 13 & 11 year old boys had the bunk beds. Everyone had space to hang out and enjoy themselves. We did dinner in several nights with the fully stocked kitchen and large dining table. The walk to the beach was easy Peasy and short, great for us hauling all the baby stuff and beach toys. And having the beach setup already taken care with 2 chairs and umbrella was such a nice extra! The property is well maintained and since it’s pet friendly we got to meet and enjoy so many cute pups all week! We definitely plan to return!

Perfect Relaxing Condo and Short walk to beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We liked that it wasn’t decorated too beachy but rather a relaxing and comfortable and had a very calming atmosphere. You can tell they have taken the time and thought to make sure the condo looks lovely. Everything was so easy from reserving to getting in the condo to leaving. It was very clean and you would never know it was pet friendly. We will definitely be staying at Maravilla again and the only thing we could wish is if this condo was in building 2 it would be a dream come true! The only thing I would say was the water pressure wasn’t great but I don’t think that’s on the owners so much!

Great stay! Great communication for check in and check out. Air conditioner worked flawless and kept us comfortable. I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer. We did many loads of towels and had no issues. Bedding was comfortable and black out curtains were nice. We cooked and had everything we needed. Great location to beach and near by restaurants. I would recommend anyone to stay in 1304.

Lots of dogs of all sizes, wish there was a fenced in dog park, a lot of dog owners don’t pick up after them in the dog walk area so keep your eyes to the ground! Overall, a nice place.

We love Miravilla and this pet friendly condo was great. Nice view of ocean from the balcony. Really liked the beach service. 1304 was in a great location and had everything we needed. There are a few restaurants within walking distance which is nice. We look forward to staying here again.

We were very happy being so close to the beach as well as the dog area. We had 3 adults, 2 teens and our two Golden Retrievers and were very comfortable! Loved the area and the fact there were so many families. We will definitely be back!
