Great property .. the only thing that was difficult for us was the sofa/couch in the den. Very low to the ground. It you are short, it’s perfect!! lol. Otherwise kind of hard to get out of. We loved the balcony view and the beautiful weather in October

The area is very nice, and we could see a little bit of the ocean across a parking lot. The pool was dirty and Nancy called the HOA to complain but never followed up with us. Same when we complain about the mold in the washer. She never followed up to see if it was resolved.

Great place to stay!

Property was just as listed. I went with my sister and our kids ranging from age 4 to 14. All enjoyed. We definitely recommend. Loved how close the beach access was and how "safe" the area felt.

Wonderful Beach Home

Everything was as portrayed in the listing. We so enjoyed or stay and were thrilled at the close easy access to the private beach area. We were met with the beach chair rental vender Sunday morning & was able to secure chairs for the week with ease. The location of the condo was a perfect location between Destin & The outlet mall area. Would recommend this home highly.

Spacious and easy walk to beach. But Would love more places to hang things like towels hooks, over door racks for towels & swim suits. More places to unpack clothes & keep things - needed a dresser in the one room, over the toilet shelves.

Great beach location

Excellent layout for groups, with three bedrooms, three baths and all new appliances, including washer and dryer. Expansive balcony has very good ocean views. Arrival was confusing as signage was very difficult to see. Parking was adequate. Beds and kitchen supplies need some overhaul. Windows and doors need repair. Pool was not heated.

Great place, could use some upgrades

Overall the property was nice. It definitely needs an upgrade in patio furniture which is where you’d like to spend some more time but there was no table set out there and the chairs that were there are very dingy and uninviting. The rooms were all nice and clean as well as the common areas. It does need better lighting in the common areas because at night you just find it difficult to see. But fortunately, it’s location is perfect!

Good stay

We were thinking it was going to be at the Avalon. It is actually next door. Would have preferred the private beach but that was only for the Avalon I was told. The home was clean and presentable. We did have one occurrence with the patio door that fell apart but management came and made it serviceable. My wife, son, and I along with another family had a great time. Plenty of room and the beach was not far. Would have liked a few more dinning options near by but it worked out fine. Just plan ahead as it gets booked up very quickly. Pool was a bit small for such a large complex so we only used once but kids still had fun. Some shade would have been nice. We did enjoy our stay even though we were disappointed that it was not the Avalon.

Quality time 2025

Spacious home with everything we needed for a large family. The unit is really close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The balcony is spacious and safe for young children. I haven’t stayed in a vacation home with a more equipped kitchen. Plenty of dishes and big enough for multiple people to be working at the same time.

Condo was very clean and in a good location.

The picture of the property showed it right on the beach. I didn’t realized that this was a multi unit dwelling and our unit was in the back with a partial ocean view. However, I would recommend the property since it was still in a pretty good place.
