Lovely property but in need of tlc.

Myself and 3 girlfriends had a lovely time at the villa. The location is perfect, a few minutes from the beach and pool and only 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. However it is incredibly small and the cubourd doors are almost hanging off. The bathrooms are also in need of tlc. The shower on the upper floor is pretty much unusable as it's so small. The living areas and bedrooms are beautifully decorated but think would benefit from either aircon or at least ceiling fans. We booked this 2 years ago but had to postpone due to covid. I think the property was worth the money we paid then, it's now doubled and i wouldn't be happy with the new rate.

Sunny Algarve!

This rental was awesome! It appears exactly as advertised. It comfortably housed my party of seven for a week's stay. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close enough to everything, but far enough from tourist noise! Although I'm not a beach lover, there was easy access to an almost private beach. Highly recommended! Maria Bastos New Jersey, USA

Een Portugees huis , schoon en leuk ingericht. Prima bedden die al lekker opgemaakt klaar stonden. Er zijn meer dan voldoende handdoeken ( ook voor het strand) die je indien gewenst ook zelf kunt wassen met de wasmachine op het dakterras. Dit wordt overigens ook voor je gedaan. In de 12 dagen dat we er waren is ons bed ook eens verschoond en zijn er meerdere malen schoonmaaksters in het huis geweest om de boel netjes en schoon te maken. Er zijn drie badkamers, maar de eerste is erg klein en hiervan hebben we alleen het toilet gebruikt. De andere twee liggen op de benedenverdieping bij de slaapkamers, ze zijn wat verouderd maar schoon en beide voorzien van douche in bad, toilet en bidet. Van de vier slaapkamers hebben er 3 een tweepersoons bed en de andere twee eenpersoons bedden. De keuken is wat verouderd, maar schoon en heeft allerlei voorzieningen , magnetron, oven, toaster, koelkast, vriezer, staafmixer etc. Het leukst vonden we het dakterras waar je heerlijk op de lobberden kunt liggen en kunt genieten van het mooie uitzicht. Het huis ligt op de rotsen en je hoeft maar een paar trappen af om bij het prachtige baaitje te komen. Op circa 50 meter ligt het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Het is afgesloten en je krijgt tijdens je verblijf een sleutel om het te kunnen gebruiken. Lekker om af te spoelen na een stranddag. In een kwartier lopen ben je jn Armação de Pera, waar een leuke boulevard , strand en veel restaurantjes zijn, waar je voordelig kunt eten. De andere kant op is een Portugees restaurantje Franco waar we erg voordelig hebben gegeten en het eten op het houtvuur werd bereid, een ervaring. Een Intermarché is ook op loopafstand ( circa 1,5 kilometer). Uiteraard ben je met een ( huur) auto ook zo bij allerlei activiteiten en winkels. De auto kun je parkeren in de carport. Bij aankomst kregen we een welkomstmandje met wat lekkere dingetjes. Kortom een verblijf hier is zeer aan te bevelen!
