Come enjoy your getaway at this luxury cottage. Enjoy a cozy night by the fireplace, or enjoy the spectacular sunrise mountain views while sipping your morning coffee from the porches. This light & bright cottage sleeps up to7 guests & provides everything you need. Explore hiking and the nearby river & relax at night around fire pit. Located 1 minute from downtown Sparta, close to local shops and restaurants, river park, hiking, waterfalls, golf, wineries, dispensary, & ski resorts. PET FRIENDLY

2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, & 2 sleeper sofas. Pet Friendly. Mountain Views. 1 minute from downtown. Close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and state parks

The whole cottage and all grounds. Rented all to one guest at a time.

1 minute from the downtown, mountains views, Quiet street off the main road, Close to the wineries, hiking, river, kayaking, and waterfalls.

Parking is super easy on the left-hand side by the cottage.
Check out is by 10 am. All you need to do is lock the door after you leave.

Smoking is prohibited.

No large parties allowed.

Maximum number of adults is 4 plus 3 children. Not to exceed 7 people in total. The penalty for an extra adult above 4 will be charged $120 per night per adult.

Pet fee is $50 for the whole stay up to 2 pets.

My family of four was in town for a visit. The description is 100% accurate - the cabin is pretty much brand new inside, and literally a minute or two to downtown sparta. The convenience is amazing, and I really couldn't think of a better place to stay the next time we visit!

We love outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, and so much more. This cottage is our gateway to escape busy lives and just enjoy spending time with each other and being close to the nature.

Why they chose this property

I absolutely love nature and mountains. I purchased this cottage to have some peaceful time with my little son and my family. They enjoy spending time in Sparta. We either walk or drive to downtown Sparta and great hiking and kayaking in nearby. In the winter we also enjoy skiing as well. There is so much to do nearby including visiting wineries and dispensaries and playing golf. Scenic Blue Ridge Parkway driveways and nearby state parks are nearby.
