Private home nestled in prime location of East Nashville. Live like a local in this beautifully restored home. 2 min from local dining and bars, 2 min to Shelby Bottoms Park for your morning run, 5 min to Five Points, 5 minutes from downtown Nashville, 15 minutes to Nashville airport, 5 minutes from several major shopping centers and restaurants, but far enough away to never know it. Keyless entry and fully stocked kitchen.

The Space:
Walk to the Shoppes at Fatherland for some amazing restaurants and shops! This is a brand new renovation and set up specifically for guests. Get ice cream from Jeni's, have a cocktail at Red Door or Rose Mary's, and head downtown in a quick uber ride!

No pets allowed.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

We are in prime East Nashville. You will get a local vibe while being able to head to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone, shopping, and more in just under 15 min.

Unsanitary & Unsatisfied

Upon our arrival we were extremely excited to stay at the “newly renovated” property as described on VRBO. Upon entering I am very disturbed due to the lack of cleanliness of the property along with the look of the premises. This isn’t up to par nor am I satisfied with the dilapidated home next door to the property with an entire tree that has fell through the roof. This should be communicated prior to booking because the tree is coming from the yard of the rental property as well as mold growing through the attic from water damage. All of this is unacceptable due to the fact that I paid a cleaning fee for a rental that wasn’t clean to begin with. This is extremely disheartening because it’s my sons Sweet 16 birthday and we drove in from Atlanta to meet up with his best friends and family in Nashville and assure he had a great Sweet 16 and we were forced to stay in a dirty, molded, unsanitary, “Motel equivalent” environment. Definitely took the “Sweet” out of Sweet 16. All of this looks creepy and unsafe.

Family fun

We stayed with my daughter ,sister in law and niece. The place is small but good for a short weekend. Chad was easy to work with. My only complaint is the stairs leading down to the house. They are a bit old .
