About this property
Cozy-Cute-Very Safe one bedroom Treetop apt in East Nashville
This is a 1 bedroom attic apartment with its own entrance, balcony/deck, and driveway. It has been a short term rental property since 2014 - I have almost 300 positive reviews- I live downstairs with my children- The upstairs and downstairs are totally separate areas-You will have complete privacy. The bathroom has a curtain as a door to allow privacy. There are 2 large skylights - a private deck in the trees - a private driveway - a living room - bathroom with a shower- a kitchenette - and a bedroom. 700 sq ft.
-There is a full size bed in the living room. Also there is a full sized air mattress to place on the floor if you need a 3rd bed. There will be towels and extra blankets available in the closet. No smoking inside but you can smoke whatever you want on the deck. Pets are welcome. There is a nice private deck for smoking. There is a large yard for kids and dogs in the front of the house.
If I know when you are showing up I can turn on the AC and make sure the apartment has cooled down before you get there. If you book last minute and show up before I know you’re checking in I will not be able to turn on the air conditioning and it might be warm when you arrive but will soon cool down after you turn on the air conditioner.
There is a curtain for privacy at the entrance of the back bedroom.
There are enough forks and dishes and pots and pans for six people.
My family is living in the main part of the house so you will only have access to the upstairs and the front yard. There is parking available.
This side of Gallatin Road in Inglewood is the nicest and safest neighborhood in East Nashville.
There is a city bus within a 8 min walk that takes you directly down town and I use lyft as my cab service or uber so you should sign up for those services before you get here and add their apps to your phone.
The Nashville International Airport is only 11 miles away.
If you choose to book your stay here an email with all the info about how to get into the apartment will be sent to you the day before you arrive.
There are security cameras on the outside of the house for safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
This is an old attic apartment - it is not a 5 star hotel - I have hundreds of positive reviews but if you are really picky this property might not be for you.

It’s exactly as it appears in the pics, nothing more at all!Definitely not at home in hotel level but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, it works! Host turned on the window unit A/C in advance for us so that really helped. Electrical outlets are very scarce! Relatively clean and patio is mostly private. I wouldn’t want to cook in that kitchen or take a shower there but that’s just me and my family. It was reasonably priced and close to where we wanted to go. It is very close (4-5 miles) to the Grand Ole Opry and about 20 minutes from downtown.
Great location to stay at. Near everything in East Nashville, lot of sleeping space, great communication from owner.

Bare bones with little to no ac.This whole place needs an update. The porch and stairs are scary. I tripped on them a lot bc they have some kind of weird plate on each stair. There is one window ac unit for the whole apartment.Don’t come here in the summer. We all had to sleep in the front room bc it was so hot in the back bedroom. Don’t expect a freezer in the fridge bc it hasn’t been defrosted in a hundred years. The shower is super tiny. Don't expect to get real clean. I’m 5 feet tall and it was a squeeze for me. The sink in bathroom is also laughable. We had to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash our faces. The attic door also likes to pop open randomly and make you think there is someone or something in the apartment……….If you’re looking for a sort of clean, tiny, hot apartment-this is your place. We paid about 450 for three nights. We almost got a hotel the second day we were in town. Super disappointed but the rest of Nashville was superb.
We stayed here for the night while we were passing through and loved it! Pet friendly and great location! The shower was great! Would absolutely stay again!
Great location- very close to The Opry, Airport, Shopping, Restaurants. Motion sensing lights lead you back the walk to the door at night. Cozy little place.
Some friends and I were in Nashville for a few nights of concerts that were downtown. The apartment was nice getaway from the busy downtown. But also getting to downtown from the apartment was easy. We enjoyed the stay.
Such a cute and cozy little place! It was perfect for us and our dog. We really only needed a play to sleep and shower. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
It was in a quiet neighborhood and we totally felt safe there. The place looked just like the pictures. It was a small attic apartment but perfect for myself and 2 kids. The deck was great to drink morning coffee on. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We had a very nice stay. The location was very close to Opryland hotel and the mall which was the purpose of our stay. I believe it was a short drive or Uber to downtown as well. The property was as advertised and spacious as well.
While the place is small it was nice. Had everything we needed to get through the weekend and getting back to it was easy from any of the ball fields we played at.
I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Quiet residential neighborhood. I used Uber to go downtown to the Ryman my 1st night because of traffic-was a good experience. Was a quick drive to The Grand Ole Opry for my 2nd night. Good balcony with tree top views.
Had a lovely stay at this unique, quaint spot right outside of nashville. very accessible to city proper, very smooth check in process. host was open, direct, and great to communicate with. the balcony was nice to sit out and chat on. i didn’t see there was a hot plate available so that was a lovely touch when i anticipated there being no stove. can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in town!
newly remodeled beey newly updated perfect place to stay, centeally located, new appliances, fully furnished spacious, would lease it for a year or more if i could
