About this property
Cozy-Cute-Very Safe one bedroom Treetop apt in East Nashville
This is a 1 bedroom attic apartment with its own entrance, balcony/deck, and driveway. It has been a short term rental property since 2014 - I have almost 300 positive reviews- I live downstairs with my children- The upstairs and downstairs are totally separate areas-You will have complete privacy. The bathroom has a curtain as a door to allow privacy. There are 2 large skylights - a private deck in the trees - a private driveway - a living room - bathroom with a shower- a kitchenette - and a bedroom. 700 sq ft.
-There is a full size bed in the living room. Also there is a full sized air mattress to place on the floor if you need a 3rd bed. There will be towels and extra blankets available in the closet. No smoking inside but you can smoke whatever you want on the deck. Pets are welcome. There is a nice private deck for smoking. There is a large yard for kids and dogs in the front of the house.
If I know when you are showing up I can turn on the AC and make sure the apartment has cooled down before you get there. If you book last minute and show up before I know you’re checking in I will not be able to turn on the air conditioning and it might be warm when you arrive but will soon cool down after you turn on the air conditioner.
There is a curtain for privacy at the entrance of the back bedroom.
There are enough forks and dishes and pots and pans for six people.
My family is living in the main part of the house so you will only have access to the upstairs and the front yard. There is parking available.
This side of Gallatin Road in Inglewood is the nicest and safest neighborhood in East Nashville.
There is a city bus within a 8 min walk that takes you directly down town and I use lyft as my cab service or uber so you should sign up for those services before you get here and add their apps to your phone.
The Nashville International Airport is only 11 miles away.
If you choose to book your stay here an email with all the info about how to get into the apartment will be sent to you the day before you arrive.
There are security cameras on the outside of the house for safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
This is an old attic apartment - it is not a 5 star hotel - I have hundreds of positive reviews but if you are really picky this property might not be for you.

Great location- very close to The Opry, Airport, Shopping, Restaurants. Motion sensing lights lead you back the walk to the door at night. Cozy little place.
We felt safe in the neighborhood. The check-in was very easy. We had very hot water and good shower pressure. The host was very responsive, though I'd recommend he find a good housekeeper. I guess it was good for the price, but we didn’t enjoy hanging out there. It served its purpose of being a place to sleep. We only used the kitchen for making coffee. I wouldn't anticipate cooking much there. The host's description was pretty much accurate, it's not for picky people. Everyone has their own expectations.
It was in a quiet neighborhood and we totally felt safe there. The place looked just like the pictures. It was a small attic apartment but perfect for myself and 2 kids. The deck was great to drink morning coffee on. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Nice and quiet nice location the host was nice and easy to deal with there were lot of ants and tree beetle at night power wasnt sufficient in kitchen lots of crumb in kitchen cabinets bed sheets were dingie very hot with only one a.c. unit no t.v. in back bed room could be a nice place if they invested a little money into
While the place is small it was nice. Had everything we needed to get through the weekend and getting back to it was easy from any of the ball fields we played at.
newly remodeled beey newly updated perfect place to stay, centeally located, new appliances, fully furnished spacious, would lease it for a year or more if i could
We stayed one night traveling through Nashville. The AC was on for us. It was clean. It was quiet. Downsides- not a fine finish apartment, no door on the bathroom and no air freshener. AC struggled to keep up , but is was a very hot day.
We were so lucky to have found this place available on a short notice and last minute trip with our dogs. Listing is accurate, place is equipped with everything needed. Parking was high on our list of priorities. AC was turned on for us prior to our arrival. Host was accomodating. Lovely neighborhood, close to all our points of interest, yet away from busy and loud downtown. What's not to like?

Not exactly as described
There was no AC. There was only two fans and a window unit. It would be nice in the wonder but dead of summer no. Also tall people beware. You will hit you head without thinking if it. Beds could be updated. There were dead bugs all in the ceiling light cover. There was a marijuana smell. Found a bud in a blue furniture piece with a dead bug in it. It’s very inexpensive but needs some serious upgrades for the summer.
Spotless spacious apartment with great off street parking. Nicely appointed in a quiet safe neighborhood.

Tidy rental but not "clean", kitchenette items all greasy or not clean. Stains and scuffs on walls. Very very hot, could not use dedicated bedroom due to temperatures. Difficult getting deliveries like instacart or door dash. Photos appear to be early on in rental history.
Some friends and I were in Nashville for a few nights of concerts that were downtown. The apartment was nice getaway from the busy downtown. But also getting to downtown from the apartment was easy. We enjoyed the stay.

Ok
The location of the property was the best. The bathroom was clean besides the left over razor blades and wipes from the previous occupants. Who ever is the cleaning company should be fired.
Had a lovely stay at this unique, quaint spot right outside of nashville. very accessible to city proper, very smooth check in process. host was open, direct, and great to communicate with. the balcony was nice to sit out and chat on. i didn’t see there was a hot plate available so that was a lovely touch when i anticipated there being no stove. can’t wait to visit again next time we’re in town!
Such a cute and cozy little place! It was perfect for us and our dog. We really only needed a play to sleep and shower. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
Little hitch in the check-in process but host was very available and worked to address my concern. Place could use a deep cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. Cute apartment that reminded me of places my friends and I lived in during college—but nicer. Really comfortable. Felt safe. A bit pricey to Lyft/Uber into downtown repeatedly but, for me, worth it…because I enjoyed having “my” quiet place to come “home” to. Overall, a good option if you want to explore E. Nashville and/or to not be in the middle of the city.
Welcomed by a cast-off couch @ driveway & bag of trash at base of exterior shaky wood stair to unit/balcony. Where a/c was cranking, w/condensate dripping & splattering from skanky surfaces of the stuff, stuffed in/around it in window opening: legionnaire-likely!! There was left-over coffee in the coffee pot; complete w/grounds, ready2re-brew, we guessed! w/a massive access panel, next to that, wide-ass open 2 hot/dirty cave of attic crawl-space; rear, official bedroom was closed off (2-person/not couple accommodation request) w/out fan on, NOT sharing the a/c from front room; sheets of futon, already made/left from previous guest, had not been refreshed. . .fluff from the apparently (very recently) dog-damaged couch (one@curb) was strewn all over front room; along w/dog-hair clinging to all fabric surfaces, & skim-coating the faux wood floor (even the quaint cloth covered table top was coated w/grit & grime) we found only the bathroom & kitchen somewhat acceptable; had only about 2.5 hrs after a10+ hr drive to prepare to attend our friend's debut at Grand Ole Opry; so we had little choice but to make use of the space AFTER I CLEANED it & buttoned-up holes & turned on fan to cool Bedroom (bedding=fresh/unused). When we returned after midnite, we attempted to sleep (w/relocated clean sheets from Bedroom 2 atop futon; me in hammock on balcony; could not: pot aroma there; ick inside; left by 2 am/5:55 am host messaged he turned off water; so non c'e aqua if we had been there!!
