This private retreat offers plenty of space to spread out on two sprawling acres. A large yard includes a charming gazebo, while a wraparound patio provides a grill and alfresco dining. Outdoor adventures abound in the area; hiking, fishing, and biking are nearby. The airport, the Town of Taos, and Taos Ski Valley are all within a short drive.

Wall-to-wall windows showcase incredible mountain views in the spacious living area. Enjoy nights in, playing pool, and watching movies on the smart TV with a DVD player. Or, simply unwind next to the wood pellet stove and take in the incredible vistas. The den offers even more social space with a TV and ample seating, which includes a daybed. Ultimate relaxation awaits in the sunroom, outfitted with a private hot tub and patio table. Prepare tasty meals in the large open kitchen equipped with a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a toaster oven, coffee maker, and tea kettle. A brand new pellet stove with complementary pellets provided for your entire stay is also available. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the elegant dining table and dine amid the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are also provided.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The queen bedroom does not have windows.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
