Follow up the coffee on your patio with a leisurely breakfast inside, where you’ll find traditional adobe charm like viga ceilings, Saltillo tile floors, and kivas in the living room, home office, and primary bedroom. The spacious, full kitchen flows right into the dining and living areas, making it easy to spend time with friends and family. Grab a book or a board game from the library in the home office and get cozy in front of the kiva for a quiet night. This is a great space for remote workers and students who need some peace and quiet to finish those last-minute projects. More entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player for family movie nights, and free WiFi.

Keep dinner prep simple on the gas grill, and enjoy sundown cocktails on the patio while it cooks. The night ends in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a private patio and en suite bath. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
