Watch the dolphins in the bay from the lanai or make use of the fun spotting scope for whale sightings and viewing the passing sailboats.

Inside, comfortable seating set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to stream a movie on the smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the recently remodeled kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and helpful extras including a blender and instant hot water tea kettle. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and comes stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities. The rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
