The moment you enter Oceans Five, a bright and cheerful condominium, you will feel all your cares drift away. The open floor plan is inviting and friendly with plenty of open space for the entire family. The living area provides ample comfortable seating where everyone can come together to discuss the day’s events, make future plans, or just relax and watch your favorite movie on the large smart HD TV. Step out onto the private balcony through the large sliding glass doors and relax with the fun sounds of the courtyard pool and beach. What a perfect spot for your morning coffee and newspaper or perhaps an evening cocktail to unwind.

The dining area, just off the kitchen, is convenient and has plenty of seating for everyone. The chef will truly feel at home in this modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of pantry and refrigerator space. Be sure to try some of our local seafood for an outstanding dining experience. Just looking for a quick bite? The wraparound high-top granite bar area with stool seating is perfect for that.

After a fun day at the beach, you’ll love relaxing in the large bed in the main bedroom with a private bathroom and plenty of space in the closet or dresser for all of your beach vacation wardrobe. Like to catch your favorite late night entertainment? The large smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player are ready and waiting. Not quite ready for bed yet? Step out onto the balcony through the private sliding glass doors and relax while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
