This beach gem includes gorgeous oceanfront premium view, 42-inch HD TV in living room area, a huge assortment of DVD movies, 26-inch HD TV plus DVD player in every bedroom, Wii game console with supplied video games in the bunk bedroom, two furnished private sundecks, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and basic cooking essentials such as a microwave, blender, mixer, and a full-size washer/dryer.

Furnished with soft beachy pastel decor and furnishings, enough seating for the whole family including couches, chairs, full-size dining room table that seats up to six comfortably with booth-style seating and even an additional breakfast bar, updated electronics in every room, storage space for all your traveling needs, private bathrooms for all the bedrooms, and the gorgeous views; our home is unique in every way that you will not want to leave!

We even include guest use of the garage-level storage closet fully equipped with: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board, and additional room for all your beach stuff!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
