Get away to this lovely condo located at the Sanctuary at False Cape. In this stylishly decorated space, you'll live lavishly on Sandbridge Beach. Adjacent to the Sanctuary complex is the Fishing Pier at Little Island Park, which also includes a children's playground, covered picnic tables, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts. Down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, which adds nine miles of natural beach, including biking and hiking trails. Within a short drive, you can find additional local Sandbridge restaurants, shops, and a grocery store (try the freshly baked donuts). Access to Virginia Beach's restaurants, shops, craft breweries, and famous boardwalk is only a short drive away. Enjoy the nightlife but then escape back to Sandbridge's relaxing and beautiful community. A convenient storage closet, located in the parking garage, is available to use with two beach bikes, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. No need to bring the wet beach gear upstairs!
This second-floor condo is just steps away from the water and features new luxury vinyl flooring installed in 2023. Walk out on your private balcony with a cup of coffee and soak in views of the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay's glimmering waters. Try some of the local restaurants in the area, including Jose Tequilas, which is on-site, or enjoy a home-cooked meal using the well-equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, including a toaster oven, 12-pot coffee maker, and a Keurig. There's an abundance of entertainment both inside and outside the condo, with three swimming pools, a cabana bar, Viking gas grills on the property, a new 65-inch TV and sectional waiting back at home in the living room, and TVs in each of the bedrooms with an expanded cable package with 30 premium movie channels. With plenty of seating, gather to play board games or watch a movie on one of the DVD players at night.
After a long day of bodysurfing in the ocean waves, you can retreat to one of the bedrooms decorated with a coastal theme, all equipped with TVs and plenty of drawer and closet space. Or maybe you prefer to kick back with a puzzle or a good book - the entertainment options are endless.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
