Sunrise Sanctuary 205A is the perfect getaway to experience the best in oceanfront fun! This spacious, tropical, condo features two balconies with tranquil views of the Atlantic Ocean - the perfect place to catch a glimpse of the 7,000-plus dolphins living off the coast. If you stay in the winter between January and March, you can even whale-watch right off the balcony! When you book this retreat, you are granted access to on-site amenities, including pools, a fitness center, outdoor showers, and gas grills.

This oceanfront condo comes equipped with a 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and Netflix in the living room. The bedrooms have their own entertainment as well - a 46-inch TV and DVD player in the primary bedroom, a 32-inch TV and DVD player in the second bedroom, and a 24-inch TV, and two video rockers in the kids' room. Other features include a full-size washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with a Kitchen Aid mixer and everything you need for some home-cooked meals, and free WiFi throughout.

At night, the primary suite features a bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two sets of twin bunks with their own desks.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
