Schwedenhaus on Alfsee

The holiday home is an approx. 95 square meter, completely new Swedish-style single-family house in wood construction with a large living area. The property is located in a holiday home area. It has a small garden with two terraces, one of which is covered. There is also a small outbuilding where you can find bicycles, a grill and patio furniture. The property is an animal and smoke-free house. The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a fitted kitchen, a large dining table and a functional corner that can be converted into a sofa bed. There is also a guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. on the ground floor. In the attic there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the second with a single bed (which can be pulled out to a double bed) and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink are also on the top floor. There is a shelf in the hallway with books and games.

The house is about 5 minutes walk from Alfsee. This offers a diverse number of leisure activities such as water skiing, mini golf, bathing beach, indoor fun center, go-kart track, pet park, Alfensaunaland and maze.

The offer is also very diverse in the rest of the region. Museums, climbing forest, swing golf and much more. The city of Bramsche with its approximately 30,000 inhabitants is about 12 km away from the holiday home. Here you will find a beautiful pedestrian zone with a diverse range of retail and catering facilities. In addition to the cloth-making museum, there is an ambitious, small cinema in Bramsche where events such as music, cabaret or readings often take place.
