Our cozy, recently remodeled 2-bedroom home comfortably sleeps four and gives you something that is hard to find—a private waterfront getaway where the lake is literally outside your door.

Bring your boat and enjoy a covered boat slip, trailer parking, a fish-cleaning station, outdoor dining, grills and a spacious lakeside deck with both covered and open areas.

Located less than a mile from Grape Hammock Fish Camp, you'll be close to boat launching, fuel, bait, tackle, ice and basic groceries. Westgate River Ranch is also about 10 minutes away for dining, entertainment, rodeos and outdoor adventures.

Whether you're planning a fishing weekend, boating trip, couples getaway or simply need a quiet place to escape, Smith Hammock is a place to relax, reconnect and make memories.

This lake house has been part of our family for three generations. We recently remodeled it and are excited to share a place that means so much to our family with our guests.

One covered boat slip is available for guest use. The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Trailer parking is available in the driveway.

Nearby launch options include Grape Hammock Fish Camp, Coleman Park and the Lake Kissimmee boat ramp at S-65.

### LOCATION

Smith Hammock is located in a peaceful waterfront area of Lake Wales on Lake Kissimmee.

Grape Hammock Fish Camp is less than a mile away and offers boat launching, fuel, bait, tackle, ice and limited groceries.

Westgate River Ranch is approximately 10 minutes away and offers dining, entertainment, rodeos and outdoor activities.

### A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

This is a true Florida lake house, and part of its charm is being surrounded by nature.

The property uses well water and a septic system. Guests who prefer bottled or filtered drinking water should bring their own.

Please dispose of grease and food properly and flush only toilet paper because the property is on septic.

Exterior security cameras are located outside and face the dock/entrance areas only.

No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.
