Best of both worlds 45 minutes from Disney, where you can go to enjoy all the tourist activities; but return to the peace and quiet of a beautifully furnished villa In a secluded area away from the crowd and hustle and bustle. No crazy traffic congestion. The neighborhood are friendly and safe.

The villa is private with a magnificent lake and boat ramp. All the amenities of a resort - pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, basketball court

What makes this property unique

The Villa is located in central Florida that allows one to have the best of both worlds-- being close to Disney, Legoland, with the hectic touristy of Disney, Leogoland, and then return to the villa for the quiet peace of and tranquility of a secluded resort-like villa with all the amenities to enjoy.. This villa is situated in a private community with its own post office, library, laundromat. There is 24 hour security. All visitors are given a wristband to wear while on compound, which gives total access to pool, gym, etc. There is a janitor available on premises to available to remedy any problems that may arise,
