Great spot

Really nice apartment and great spot in PTown- really close to town but just far enough away to be quiet. Until was great and washer/dryer was a nice addition.

Wonderful Little Condo

A perfect little place to stay! Great location, short walk to everything you could want, off a very quiet street. Keyless check-in and washer/dryer were great to have! Plenty of seating and workspace. Very clean kitchen. Comfortable bed! I didn't notice a cigarette smell as mentioned in another review. One note: if there is anyone upstairs running around you will be able to hear it above, but otherwise a very quiet stay. I hope to be back very soon!

Comfortable relaxed rental

We liked the keyless check-in, very easy rather than worrying about keys. Nice to have washer and dryer. Very quiet , out of the way street so it was very relaxing.

Lovely Space for the week

Lovely clean well provisioned unit with everything we needed for our stay. In fact it appeared like a brand new space! It is a raised basement unit though which isn’t apparent in the listing (larger windows make it appear non-basement in listing) but other than a couple of days with some noise from the unit above it wasn’t an issue and the lack of stairs to climb was bonus. A double bed as opposed to a queen makes sleeping a bit tight. The location makes for an easy ride to and from the beach and a pleasant walk to downtown. A very nice space for our week.
