Located in a quiet friendly neighborhood of NW Cape, this direct gulf access canal home is approx 15 minutes to Matlacha Pass. Relax or fish on the dock (2 fishing rods at property), high-top table and chairs and ocean habitat reef. Enjoy the sun in the super screen pool cage or shade under the lanai next to the heated salt water pool with direct bathroom access and paved patio. Beach towels provided. Enjoy your evening dinner grilled and bug free with the propane grill and large outdoor dining area. The private King en-suite master features a large screen TV, walk-in closet, walk-in tiled shower, soaking tub and private pool access. There are also two additional bedrooms with one king and one queen bed, walk-in closets and TVs in each. Enjoy the AC, free wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen including a coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster, 6 seater folding table w/chairs, high chair, mesh bed rail to add for children and a travel bed for infants for your convenience. Tranquil and fun

My husband and I had such a nice time chilling by the pool and we were so close to Pine Island to go to several restaurants and bars. We really liked Low Key Tiki and Macelli’s. Great quiet location and very comfortable. Would love to come back and rent kayaks to use in the canal and go into the ocean since it’s so close. The house was so clean and had a fun beachy look. We’ll definitely be back!

Great get away house

Great house with pool and canal access. The area had been hit hard by hurricane Ian and the area was still recouping but almost everything was open and running. The host was excellent to work with. We did an extended stay of seven weeks and had some issues but they were addressed immediately. Neighbors were excellent.

Family Vacation

We just enjoyed 7 days here. Everything was great! The host, Corrine, was quick to respond to any questions that I had leading up to the trip. The house fit our family perfectly. The kids had bedrooms on the other end of the house and the master suite was huge. Neighborhood is quite and it wasn't too far away from everything we wanted to do. The outdoor area was outstanding. The pool was good size and was the perfect temp. The light was perfect for night swimming. The dock was a great place to fish from. We caught several species of fish during our stay. We used the grill several times and ate out on the patio. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our trips to the beach. Towels, cooler, boogie boards, and chairs. Thanks to Corrine for the hospitality. We had a great stay!

Perfect get away!

Such a beautiful place! We were a group of 4 ladies on the get- away from the long MN winter. We spent almost the entire time in pool and out in the lanai! We truly enjoyed this area, ate our meal outside, read books and soaked up the sun!! It was perfect! The property had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen to pool toys, floaties and towels! The location was fantastic, a quick drive to local coffee shops, Publix and Walgreens. We utilized Instacart and Uber for convenience. We loved having our morning coffee down at the canal. We will most definitely be booking again!

Absolutely, love the warmth of Cape Coral's sun under an umbrella sitting pool side. I have been involved in Real Estate investments for over 20 years and know a unique property when it becomes available. My family and I enjoy boating, fishing, relaxing by the pool and grilling dinner. When I saw this property I couldn't pass on it! It was a great find with it's uniqueness, location and neighborhood and we hope to make it our part-time winter home eventually!

Why they chose this property

We really were drawn to the property for it's quieter location and shorter boat ride to the ocean. The salt water canals are very fun to boat and view homes along the way! Fishing from the dock can be fun and also manatee and shark watching. The pool features an upgraded patio with pavers and larger than most sitting area. The direct bathroom access from the pool is something you will be glad you have!
