We had a great time! It was very clean, great views and convenient location to do everything in Great Smoky National Park as well as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The host was very quick to help us when we locked ourselves out of the house and place had everything we needed!

Thank you so much for your generous review and we are so glad that you love A Peaceful Get Away as much as we do ;)
We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were very impressed with the cabin and the hospitality. Very cozy and quiet. Loved the cabin. We will definitely be back to visit soon! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.
Nicely decorated cabin that fit our needs and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the hot tub even though it was in slight disrepair. Toilet paper wasn't stocked so we ran out but not a huge deal. It was so great to see two bears walk right through the property.

The cabin is adorable. It was clean. I love the two balconies! I did not recall reading that it was two story, I should have figured that out, bedroom downstairs was a bit of a problem, also the grill was not usable. We did see a bear which was very exciting, and the view is spectacular. But if you're hoping to do a lot of walking around the property or if you're looking to do walking in the area that's impossible. It is very steep and we tried several times to walk along the roads and it was just too steep and dangerous with tight curves and oncoming vehicle. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it. But it's really a beautiful place. I just wish we'd known about the easier route to the cabin from Brothers market! The route from Google Maps is very long and difficult. But all in all it was a wonderful week but we probably will not stay here again, but love Wears Valley and will come back to visit again

That’s what we hope our cabin gives every guest who stays with us. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, welcoming place and are always happy to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We hope you love the mountains as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We chose Wears Valley because it gives you the best of the Smoky Mountains—beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and a quieter atmosphere while still being close to everything.
We love being just minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Townsend. After a busy day exploring, there’s nothing better than coming back to the quiet of the valley, relaxing in the hot tub, and taking in the mountain views. It truly feels tucked away without feeling far away.
What makes this property unique
