Why they chose this property
Villa Teresa has a very especial meaning for us, my husband was raised here and the house became ours when my mother in law passed away. We love this house so much that we decided to remodel it for us to stay and live in it. Its a long story but some how right after we have finish remodeling we decided to make Villa Teresa a place that everyone who stayed in it will leave having the feeling of been in a very especial place. Carolina has an exceptional location at just 8 mint from the airport, to the Isla Verde beaches just 10 mint., the Old San Juan only 18 mint. Another advantage is that within walking distance you can find Marcos Pizza, a local Bakery, Popeye, Wendy's , Walgreens and Selectos a local Supermarket.
